From initial request with Stefano at Hypervolt who helped put me in touch with Richard at Norvolt who carried out the installation, everything has been great. The two gentlemen who carried out the installation were very knowledgeable and not only did a fantastic job of making the unit look tidy, but also checked that I knew how to charge my car and utilise not only the Hypervolt app but also the car app and the Ovo app.
I recently purchased a Hypervolt charger to use with my EV. When I switched over to the Octopus Intelligent Go tariff I noticed some issues limiting the overall charge. After contacting support I got a phone call from Seb who worked very closely with me to understand, diagnose and promptly resolve the issue. Thanks Seb - it's a delight to have such great customer service nowadays!

Everything about the buying process has been so clear and easy. The website is clear, logical and easy to navigate to make the purchase. Confirmation and follow up is timely and clear and I had a fantastic conversation with Nidhi in the orders team about confirming the delivery date so I could organise an electrician to install the charger. Nidhi had such a good handle on customer service - the manner in which I was spoken to, everything was clear, all my questions answered concisely and it was a personable conversation....great customer service is still out there and does exist! Well done HyperVolt and Nidhi.

First class experience whilst upgrading my ver 2.0 to ver 3.0 home pro. Great discount from Hypervolt and first class installation from their preferred installer. Also first class customer support helping us deal with our solar battery and the associated connections required. Most importantly the recent compatibility with Octopus has made our charging cheap and flawless. It all just works . I would recommend Hypervolt to anyone.
Even though the charger was out of stock, it was delivered well within the quoted time frame, and then setting up the install with their installer was easy and quick - followed my request and hid the cable in the upstairs floor (which was already lifted for other works).

Excellent product and customer service. The standard 3 year warranty is reassuring and Hypervolt have confirmed to me that this is valid as long as the charger is installed and certified with a Domestic Electrical Installation Safety certificate, which mine is. I now have my Home 3 Pro charger paired with Octopus Intelligent Go, which was a very easy and quick process via the Octopus app. There is a small problem with load balancing but the product is only just in public beta testing with Octopus, so I’m confident Hypervolt and Octopus will iron out these glitches soon.
Had an issue with a newly installed Hypervolt Home 3 Pro not connecting to the OVO Anytime app. Contacted Hypervolt support via chat, and they were extremely helpful. They pushed a update to the charger, and it fixed the issue.
We rang Customer Service as we had lost app connectivity to our Hypervolt 2.0 charger. Adam helpfully guided us through initial app sign-in on both our phones. He noticed our firmware wasn’t up to date and immediately downloaded the latest version. All working perfectly now! Thank you Adam for great customer service.
