Lo peor de lo peor está Aseguranza son unos rateros pagando una Full cover en una pérdida total donde no tuve yo la culpa alegándoles un mes y medio para q me dieran lo justo por el valor de mi troca no me lo dieron! Me pagaron una miseria de eso mismo me descontaron lo del ajustador cuando uno no tiene que pagar eso! Ensima me quitaron también $1,000 dls de deductible en un accidente q no tuve la culpa al último me dieron una miseria ! Me habían dicho q me cubría un carro rentado cuando yo tuve q pagar la Aseguranza de ese carro rentado cuando tienen ellos q dar la cara por uno son tan caras las aseguranzas que lo único q se pide es q se pueda hacer uso de los beneficios de pagar una Aseguranza perdí dinero ahí también rentando un carro q al último no quisieron pagar mas que 30dls por día cuando lo más barato ahorita es como 55dls por un carro pequeño mas Aseguranza entonces la pregunta es dónde está el dinero q cada mes paga uno ?! En especial cuando en un accidente uno no tiene la culpa debería uno de tener respaldo y ayuda de la Aseguranza que uno paga y es todo lo contrario ! La verdad es q no usen esta aseguradora son unos 🐀 🐀 🐀 son lo peor espero pronto se termine mi contrato q pague por una año para poder buscar una mejor opción

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! absolute worse company to get insurance from. Don’t do it get any other company . Yolanda Rodriguez is a very unprofessional pig in claims and after I paid $280 a month for 3 years for fully comp insurance they make my shop put used parts on my 3 year old car and reduce the cost from 1600 to $1000 only to give me $128 for my claim after I rented cars for over $1000 as this claim took 8 weeks. Complete waste of time energy and mental stress. From the beginning Yolanda was very unprofessional and unhelpful not to mention super rude. Take my advise don’t waste your time and money.
Involved in an automobile accident the other person received the ticket for sideswiped me. Now Infinity claims I’m 10% liable. Asked why, no direct answer. The repair shop received payment 2 months afterwards and I had to pay a separate repair that wasn’t covered which should have called me before fixing it.It’s all a big scam. I’m reporting it to the Insurance Commision. Oh, Infinity still owes me reimbursement for my rental.

Please do yourself a favor don't buy infinity insurance at all. I have insurance I pay month to month and now they want me to pay the damages of an accident out of my pocket, not talking about my damages but from the other car so this is unbelievable . They said they can not pay and will not listen to reasons and I also ask I need to talk to another person and not jasmine bailey that will understand me better since English is not my firts language but neither do anything. I can assure this company is good as long as there is no problems but when the time to help the insurer comes they like to wash their hands. So we need to say a word so others will not suffer the same. I don't look this is fair so be aware.

Worst auto insurance ever! We have had this insurance for a couple of years thinking that the car would be covered if there was an accident, guess what it isn't. A lady hit our parked car and Infinity has done nothing to help me file a claim with the woman's insurance, they never return my phone calls and have the most unhelpful claims adjusters I have ever seen. It has been 3 months that I haven't been able to use my car and it is just sitting and no help at all from this company. I will never use this insurance again
This is the worst insurance company that exists, I had two accidents on different dates and in different cars under their coverage, and they were not responsible for any of them, they always have an excuse not to pay, and they don't help at all, they don't even bother to explain to you, they don't take calls, please don't waste your money and your energy with this company, you think it's cheap but in the long run it's very expensive to hire these scoundrels

By far the WORST insurance ever! If your scared that an insurance won't pay you out? Well this would be the type of company to avoid then. I had an claim back in July and conveniently my check got lost for a month and it took another week to cancel and process a new check. Now when it comes to my vehicle THEY DO NOT WANT TO PAY OUT $2K+ worth of damages. The rack and pinion was damaged during a hit and run while my vehicle was parked outside a friends house. The adjuster determine the rack and pinion IS THE PROBLEM of why my vehicle won't steer but it was not caused from the collision . Mind you photos show the front was damaged , the other car even moved my truck off the side walk hitting a fence but since there no visible damage rk the part they will not pay out because "it could of gave out before the collision". About 2 hours before the collision the truck got me to point A to point B police report has my friends address where it was parked and this insurance DOES NOT WANT TO PAY OUT !! I 100% recommend on passing on this insurance. Pay the extra money on another insurance this company isn't worth it. Worst customer service ever as well . When reaching out to adjusters it ALWAYS goes to voice-mail it will take days for someone to reach out . The "agents" they have available don't even have authority to do anything on your claim. Just a bad bad bad company!!
Let me just say trash ass company as they took my car to a Auto Auction called IAA my car had minor rear damages and now it's damaged all the way around dont allow them to take ur car as I did not know my car was gonna come back with way more damages I live in Austin Tx Infinity also know as Kemper !! Customer service sucks ass possibley running a scam tried to total out my car
