I was involved in a collision with a Nissan car owned by your insured in Miami, FL. I was not injured, but my car suffered a fair amount of damage, which, despite repeated phone calls, infinity has not let me know when the car would be payed for, and it has been 1 month and 3 weeks till this date. The Nissan driver was obviously negligent and is at fault. It is not fair to me that the car is deteriorating, and I have not yet received a response as to when the car will be fixed. Even though I was not at fault, I am still suffering the consequences of not getting an appropriate responds, after repeated emails and voicemails that have been left to NINO BLACKSHIRE. Thank you. My experience is the same as many that have left other reviews. I was rear-ended by a person who has Infinity Auto Insurance on April 1. I submitted all of the documentation required concerning the matter and the receipts for the towing of my vehicle, the repairs made and the rental car fees. Absolutely zero response from Infinity Auto Insurance. Nothing. I will, like so many on this review site, have to hire an attorney to handle this matter. If this company had any integrity at all, all of these negative reviews would not be posted. What a way to be known in the business world...as an insurance company without integrity, with ineffective communication, with callous disregard for the people affected by accidents involving their insured. Zero stars.

WORSE INSURANCE!!! ZERO STARS I was involved in an accident June 4th and immediately contacted my Infinity. After many phone calls/emails to my adjuster and her supervisor, I am still waiting to hear back from them in regard to obtaining a rental car and the outcome of my vehicle. Spoke to her twice and she continued to give me the run around. A friend of mine was involved in an accident on June 5th, and she has Geico. She called them as she was still at the accident site and they delivered the rental car to her. Tow truck picked her car and literally two days later they called her and said her car was declared a total loss. She was told to provide vehicle title and check will be mailed upon receipt of title!!! Talk about first class service. Trust me, save yourselves the headaches. Read Geico's reviews! I'm definitely making the switch after this nightmare of experience. Hiring an attorney to deal with issue.

It seams that me and a lot of other people are having the same issue with them calming that they are trying to contact you but you never recive a phone call . I've called them almost every day for the past 3 weeks and have been on hold for over a half hour every time .After the first week of not being able to contact them during the day I started to also call them after hours to leave a message with the information that they ask for my name my claim # with my phone # so a claims adjuster could call me back the falling day like they say on their recording with no such luck still. I've also been leaving emails with no such luck as well so yesterday I contacted my phone carrier to get a copy of my phone call history of me making calls to 3 different phone numbers first # is 1(866)243-3795 second # is 1(800)334-1661 and the third # is supposed to be my claims adjuster (Savannah street) phone # 1(205)588-3087 with no such luck as well .Now that I got this last letter that says that I have 5 days to contact them or they will close the file.i think I'm also going to have to get in touch with a legal team to represent me like a few other people have had to do Showing that I have not been receiving phone calls throught my phone records that I've been keeping for my documentation on this

I am very disappointed infinity my husband has a claim since May 31 and here we are June 18 of 2019 and nothing .they have not called him back and every time he calls or I call They put me on hold and then 30 minutes later they will transfer me to a voicemail left many messages and no call back yet. Good thing my husband is contacting a lawyer because pretty much I’m fed up with this insurance company.

Horrible customer service. My car was parked in front of my sister's house on 05/21/2019 and was hit. The person who hit my car called infinity immediately and filed a claim. I called the next day (05/22/2019) to follow up with claim was said it is now assigned to adjuster Christopher Gould was given phone # 205-588-3087 (not his direct line). I tried calling the number but only went to customer service rep. I have never spoke with Christopher. I then spoke with another rep said for me to get a quote for damage. I got a quote at a collision auto shop. They sent quote to insurance. I called again to get update on quote and was told it was approve to allow 24 hours for them to issue check. On 06/17 I then called again and was told check was not sent yet. I then requested check to be sent directly to me rep stated ok and even verified my mailing address. Today is 06/18/2019 I called to verify check was sent. Rep stated no check was sent that this claim is sent back for investigation because the insurer has a policy limitation. I'm not understanding what is going on. How can the quote get approved and now under investigation. The rep told me I can either wait for someone to contact me or go through my own insurance!! AGAIN YOUR CUSTOMER HIT MY PARKED CAR. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO GO THROUGH MY OWN INSURANCE. HE WAS AT FAULT. It should not take this long for me to get my car fix. Both the shop and insurance keep giving me the run around and I'm tire of it. This is my first time someone hit my parked car, I didn't know I would have to go through hell just to get my car fixed.

Worst Experience Ever!!!! Your customer rear ended me May 24th and have not heard anything since the day after the accident. I was given an adjuster and had me submit pictures of damage through some portal. I was unable to get a hold of him after that initial conversation. Given manager's name and same thing, different day. Called everyday, numerous times with millions of voicemails and have YET to get a call back regarding the status or solution. Your customer was at fault and have the police investigation number to prove it. I don't know what is taking so long. I've sent emails to all the email addresses i could find including the mobile inquiries one that this bot will respond to this message with. Something needs to be done about this company or they need to be out of business. WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER! Stay long away from this company or whatever they consider themselves to be. If a negative star review was possible, they would obviously be leading the pack with all reviews I have just read.

We have been with this company just over. Two months. After the first payment was made, they doubled the premium citing a signature needed on an electronic link I had not received. I signed everything the same day and was told the premium would revert to the original amount. It did not. Then today, I was told that they are doubling that premium again (so QUADRUPLE what I signed up for). There have been no add-ons or changes in our driving record. In fact,we reduced our coverage. Ridiculous. Fraudulent and wrong!!

I was rear ended by a driver insured by Infiniti,who was at fault by the way just a week after i bought my vehicle. I picked up this vehicle from the Body shop after nearly 5 weeks , decided to trade the vehicle to get something else only to find out that they had reported a structural damage in the carfax of my vehicle which sliced the value of my vehicle in half. I have been trying to reach out to the adjuster for over 2 weeks now with no success. This is the most heartless and unorganized company i have ever come across. I have left messages , been transferred all over the place since i started calling him, and still haven't heard back from him in over 10 days considering that i had to be on hold for 30min each time to speak to a human being. I would expect someone to contact me right away before i contact an attorney to get this resolved. This is no threat but i will make sure i give them a minimum of 100 negative reviews. Please beware!!!!!!!

This is the worst insurance company ever. I’ve been a policy holder for over 8 years and never had an accident until recently and I was at fault. I got my truck towed home. It took about a week for someone to come look at it. Then they told me some BS that I was enrolled into some VIP program where I’m covered completely at their shops and if I wanted to take it else where I would only be covered 80%. I beberé signed up for this program but they were adamant I did. The only change I had was raising my deductible to $1000 to lower my payment. I decided to get my truck fixed at the dealer, a reputable place. After about another week my adjuster said it was a total loss. Then 2 days later was told it was not a total loss. The damage was a bit extensive but Toyota holds their value. My truck has now been ready since 2 days ago and I nor the body shop can get ahold of my adjuster, Rebecca Martinez, to confirm payment. I’ve called her supervisor, Jimmy Nguyen, as well and left messages with and no answer. I’ve been renting a vehicle for the last 1.5 months, took the day off to pick up my truck and the last thing I want to do is rent another car for work tomorrow. It’s so unfortunate that we as customers and those of you as victims have to deal with this unprofessionalism. All around horrible service and deception from the broker to the appraiser and the adjuster.

My vehicle was hit by Infinity insured drivers on two separate occasions. The first time, Infinity wouldn’t even consent to have my damage appraised even though I was rear-ended at a steady stop light. The second time my adjuster, Chris, was rude and condescending in our phone interactions and would never return my calls and send me to voicemail. This company lacks integrity and has poor customer service. Use Geico instead.

I was hoping for a smooth process in getting a fender-bender taken care of by an Infinity Auto Policy holder. Seemed very nice and I didn't know much about Infinity up until more than a month later. There is virtually no response on their part. After finally getting someone on the line, they proceeded to write me a new claim and told me they would contact me and never did. That claim has since been expunged for a new claim that they wrote me again for the same accident, and I still haven't heard from them. Speaking to the reviewer on this website, you clearly do not care about your or other drivers concerns. You will likely respond in the exact same manner as nearly every single reviewer. I have already contact via email and have not gotten a response. What I would like is a legitimate recognition of failure, not the equivalent of a robot-caller online, though after seeing the responses to other issues, I would not be surprised if you did just have a predetermined response of all of the terrible reviews, do you Orlando or Sarinah?

This company deserves NO stars!! I was involved in a car accident on may 27.. When I called in my claim I made sure i inform them of all damages.. When i took my car to the Appraiser the next day.. He gives me an Estimate.. Not all damages were on the estimate. I was given an Adjuster by the name of Sabri Alqaza.. Spoke to him only twice.. Tried contacting the Supervisor Tommy NO ANSWER FROM THE SUPERVISOR!!! Have left numerous messages and emails and still NOTHING!!.. My agent has been calling as well and she's had no luck either. She call 1800 number 3 days ago..and she was told my Adjuster had been changed.. She gives me the new Adjuster name and direct #... The name of the new adjuster is Brayden Watkins. Have been calling him since she gave me the info...Same thing NO ANSWER.. LEFT MESSAGES AND NOTHINGl till this day.. I have 3 children and a job, i just want my car fixed so I can get them to camp and myself to work! But these people only want to collect your money monthly and forget about you when you need their help.. Please people if you are considering to get any type of insurance through Infinity, DON'T DO IT!! THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! I have already hired a lawyer let's see what happens..

I'm not a customer, one of their customers hit me. I've reached out to this company over 5 times left messages and no answer or call back. Based off the reviews and my experience THIS COMPANY SUCKS AND DON'T CARE ABOUT PEOPLE.

Worst insurance company EVER. Your policy holder hit me 2 weeks ago, I called your company on the spot and reported the incident. You guys confirmed he had an active policy and give me a claim number. 2 days later and after waiting an hour on hold, I was told the claim is denied due to non-active policy. Your client and I have not been able to make contact with your company since. I turned the matter over to my insurance company "geico" but they haven't been able to reach you guys either. The Geico's Liability adjuster said this was standard practice with you guys.

I completely agree this company has negligible customer service ,i vave four children and a business to run and the fact that theyre customers arent a priority is very saddening the truck that runs my business and feeds my family is parked because i cant get a response Or any type of information on a claim and what shop it can go to . I have been experiencing the worst customer service I ever experienced from Infinity. My vehicle was hit by your insurer May 19,2019 and it’s May 30th and I still haven’t spoken to the adjuster. The adjuster leaves a VM saying he can’t move fwd with my claim until he speaks to the insurer? The insurer gave me his insurance information and phone number because he was clearly at fault. I have a small Mercedes and he has a F450 Super truck. The insurer didn’t hesitate giving me anything I needed, so I’m not sure why my claim with infinity hasn’t proceeded. My insurance Geico is ready to start it and it sucks because I don’t want my insurance involved in anything I didn’t cause. This is worst customer service I ever experienced in my life. Assigning me an adjuster out of Alabama who doesn’t return my calls or emails. Mr Ramsey has yet to still contact me back. I’ve left many VMs and I even contacted his supervisor and neither have called me back. I contacted the claims department again, wanting a new adjuster in Houston but they declined. I just want my vehicle fixed. If they really were concerned, infinity would make sure all the customers are handled and not ignored. It’s sad that I have to go online and post a review, with hope of getting someone’s attention.

THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE CLAIM DEPT NEVER ANSWER THE CALLS OR LEAVE YOU IN HOLD FOR MORE THAN 45 MIN, DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT CLIENTS ESPECIALLY TO AN ADJUSTER OF NAME MONICK I MADE A CLAIM TO REPAIR THE WNDSHIELD FOR A STONE THAT BROUGHT ME CUNADO THE AUTO WAS PARKED IN FRONT OF A STORE OF CELLURARES TO GIVE ME ORDERN REPAIR BECAUSE THE GLASS OF BOTH WAIT EVERY DAY IS MORE BROKEN, AND WHEN ASKING TO ME THE QUESTIONS SHE IS ARROGANT THIS MRS. WITH VERY NASTY ATTITUDE SHE SAID THAT THEY HAD TO OPEN AN INVESTIGATION BECAUSE THE PASSENGER WHO WAS SITTING IN THE REAR SEAT OF THE CAR WAS NOT IN THE POLICE THAT IS A BAD JOKE THAT I DID NOT KNOW IF THEY WERE GOING TO GIVE ME THE ORDER TO REPAIR THE WINDSHIELD BECAUSE THE PASSENGER THAT HAD IN THE REAR SEAT IN THE CAR IS NOT IN THE POLICY THAT IS TOTALLY IRRELEVANT AND RIDICULO THAT HAS TO SEE A WINDSHIELD HIT / BROKEN BY STONE WITH A PASSENGER ON THE VEHICLE REAR SEAT THE ONLY SERVICE THAT IS EXCELLENT IS THE TRANSLATORS WHEN MY CAR IS REPAIRED I WILL BE CHANGE TO GEICO AGAIN TRUTH THAT CHEAP IN THE END IS VERY EXPENSE AND I DO NOT GIVE LESS STARS BECAUSE THEY DOES NOT EXIST BECAUSE THEY DESERVE THAT THEY PLACE 1 MILLION STARS LESS IN NEGATIVE MARK " HORRIBLE" THAT FRUSTRATED I FEEL "I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANOTHER NEVER IN THE REST OF MY LIVE AND THE NEXT LIFE TOO "
