My review will sound just like the rest. I was hit on May 1 by an infinity customer. My car is undrivable and is still sitting in my yard without even being looked at yet. They don't answer the phone ever. I haven't had them answer it a single time. They call me back Friday at the end of the day to tell me "the other person isn't answering their calls" so they can't do anything for at least 30 days even though they have the police report finding their client at fault. I doubt they have even tried calling her at this point. I have been without a car for almost a month because of this worthless company. I have emailed I have called and got supervisors numbers and managers numbers all to go to a full voicemail. How is this company even in business?! 20003478000 is my claim number. I guess I'll have to contact a lawyer to get anything done about this.
I would never in a million years recommend this insurance company to even my worst enemy. These guys are crap! First of all it takes 2 years to get a hold of someone from the main menu. So annoying. And when you finally DO get a hold of someone, their customer service skills don’t exist at all. My wife has been dealing with them for the past month. Actually over a month. It’s dumb. Our 8 passenger van got hit and is in repair but they only secured us a rental SEDAN. Like does that make any sense at all???? Why wouldn’t we get the same size vehicle??? And every time we call to get them to approve a bigger vehicle, it’s like talking to a baby, no better yet, a wall. Like who hires these people? Seriously. WORD OF ADVICE, DONT GET INFINITY INSIRANCE PEOPLE. Save your self the headache and frustration. Honestly. You guys suck. Including the person reading this because I doubt any improvements will be made with customer service. Have a good day.
I wish I could give 0 stars, and I 100% agree with every customer that’s given negative reviews on this site. My neighbor scraped the side of my van with her car (the infinity insured) TWO MONTHS AGO.. I made the claim with her insurance (infinity) the next day, that experience wasn’t awful, but to get someone on the phone takes years. Went to the estimator the next day (who was extremely rude and dismissive) To this day, I have not had a single phone call from Infinity insurance, an adjuster, or anyone. I had to call to see (after a month of waiting) what was happening with my claim. They had zero answers. Then finally, I received a check in the mail. No mention of a rental car reservation or anything. So I had to call last week (waited over an hour to get someone on the phone) and ask what that was about. They quickly reserved a rental car for me to pick up Monday, when I take my van to get repaired FINALLY. Fast forward to yesterday, when I took my Van to get repaired. I went to the rental car place to pick up my rental car. It was just that... A CAR. I drive a VAN for a reason. I have children. We need more than a CAR. It isn’t even a full size sedan! Even the repair guy was laughing in shock that infinity can be so incompetent to think “she drives an 8 person car... we should approve an 8 person car.” I called 24 hours ago (another hour wait) to request an upgrade on my rental car because my VAN won’t be ready until next week, and there is no way we can drive every where in 2 cars to get around. I still have not heard anything, and just called again (another hour wait!!) to see what the deal is and why I would only be approved for a small car in the first place.. And she told me “I don’t know, I’m not an adjuster.” In a rude tone. So I asked to speak to a supervisor and she put me on hold for a brief second to be told he isn’t available. JUST LIKE MY ASSIGNED ADJUSTER THIS WHOLE TIME?? Sooo ridiculous. I was given an adjusters name in the beginning of all of this, and a extension number.. the extension number just takes you to the regular customer service line!! And the lady on the phone today said “there’s no set adjuster.. someone from the adjuster department will get ahold of you.” WHAT??? She also said “they have another 24 hours to get ahold of you.” Yeah...... okay. How is this even a company? I get it.. some people need the basic insurance to get by.. but dang.. you’d think they’d hire people with more than half a brain. Who wants to bet that I still won’t even hear from them tomorrow???

Choosing Infinity auto insurance was a horrible decision. They refused to cover my claim after I was given the wrong information by their insurance broker. Infinity could care less about their customers let alone a 3+ years policyholder. Infinity Insurance provided no help, showed zero remorse and took full advantage of my situation. So think twice before giving & trusting Infinity Insurance with your Protection and hard earned cash.
I had to file a claim with infinity on 4/24/19 ,now this not only is my first claim but also my first accident ever in over 25 years driving. I can't believe how unprofessional the claims department is in regards to returning calls to handling my claim in general. I am a single mother of 4 and the only income in raising them . So money is tight and no sources of transportation while my car is repaired I pay for to coverage on my car it says roadside assistance and rental available,so why is it that I have to pay for the car repair and a rental car on top of $1000 deductible. I'm so unhappy with infinity I'm actually ready to find a new company if things don't change with customer service and loyalty to their customers.
I was in an accident with one of you clients on 12.13.2018. I file claim with infinity at first I was able to talk with someone in claims. Ms. Besty Johnson. She was very professional and expedited every in a timely manner. Truck was repaired. Now the medical part is the problem I had to be sent to another person to handle because I have Medicare. Her name is Tiffany Muellar. Ok she needed all this information which I provided. This was a long process. I did not really understand how to fill out paper work. She sent me example how. I did paper work sent back to her by fax. Medicare sent paperwork within a month ok. I filled out all other paperwork sent medical bills I had. Then she called me and left message stating she had not gotten paper work. I faxed this info to her. She stated that she was waiting on other medical bill I should have had more NO. I did not have but two bills She told me she going over paper work to make offer on at least 3 occasion and was going to call me back. Me. Tiffany Muellar has not call back when she told me this is going on 6 months almost 7 months. She has not returned any call I have called on several occasions. When you call company to talk to manager or whoever in charge I am on hold 40 min to 1hour. How do I get this resolved. I am very frustred.
Is there only one person in the claims department? No one is answering the phone I've been put on hold for at least a hour and 10 mins. I was hit by infinity customer and would like to file a claim. But by the reviews it's seems that I will never get this taken care of.
I am so UNHAPPY with Infinity Insurance I didn't even want to choose a 1 star. I have had them for 8 years the time I need them after a accident, to find out the policy I have been paying for YEARS! they tell me doesn't cover rental!! I said why would you have a policy that doesn't cover rental or rental reimbursement!? I someone is in a accident they need transportation as insurance that should be automatically in a policy! they didn't help didn't care pretty much said it was believe that it has taken them 3 weeks to give auto shop approval for anything!! I am starting to feel stressed out, get anxiety. They should not be causing this for me they should be here to help! I have to call them every day to find out what's going on with my claim and just to hear there is nothing in the system that they can't do anything!!! is so frustrating!!!! I want my car fixed so I can get rid of them!!! They are horrible!!!! They shouldn't even be a Insurance Company!!!
I was in an accident 01/24/2019 my car was considered a total loss, afterwards I had to open another claim with my autogap insurance as well, I've been calling, emailing and wrote the corporate office about information needed to finalize my autogap claim, still haven't received any respond. I have a contract with my insurance company and I haven't gotten any cooperation with the company considering the policy we agreed upon. The finance company, my insurance company (infinity) and I had to submit paperwork, my insurance company tried going around my window sticker to get my claim out the way, but documents were rejected for a reevaluation using the popular package on my window sticker instead of doing a reevaluation the adjuster just moved number around, but still do not want to use information given to him, even after the vehicle was totaled I still had to make payments for February and March just to find out in April my policy was cancelled due to not having a VIN #, well I haven't had a VIN# since the accident but they still wanted my payment. The adjuster have been procrastinating for the last three months when is the insurance company going to start doing their job. Here it is June 18, 2019 after all paperwork was sent off express autogap insurance paid a portion of my account but made a comment on my insurance company stating $2100 and change was withheld for miscellaneous items. On January 24th 2019 infinity failed to pick up my vehicle and by the 28th or 29th they finally got it from a tow company, by lacking on their professional qualities they take about I'm still paying a car note. Infinity insurance is the worse insurance company in the world and it's sad to see them manipulating drivers just to stay in business it's a lot of things people don't read about companies like infinity auto insurance. You shall reap what you sow, because it's not the last time you will hear from me. Right now I'm gathering signature seeing how I can present this class action settlement. Keep reading people it's the only way no one can get over on you. Thank You
i wouldn't give them one star they sent a letter stating they have been trying to contact us for the past 3 weeks when we only got one from them and immediately called back numerous times back with no answer and was told that i was denied to have my car fix and i have full coverage

Worst insurance EVER. They do not care about their customer at all. I can never get ahold of anyone in claims was on hold an hour and never talked to anyone still! Have called multiple times and always on hold. Attorney Fredrick Washington has been ignoring me for a month! He does not answer nor return my calls. Got his supervisors number Jeremy thinking he could help and he does the same thing! They want to call themselves attorneys and this insurance is pathetic going to drop them.
Tuve que irme de esta compañía porque son unos incompetentes ,el personal de atención al cliente son todos unos inespertos llame para chekear si agregaban un conductor a la póliza y me lo pusieron por defecto !! Esa fue la respuesta de un supervisor luego cuando les reclamé me dijeron que ellos tenían la potestad de hacerlo y que si yo había preguntado era porque vivía con la persona .Nunca hubo una respuesta por parte de ellos a la reclamación y cuando cancelé me mandaron a colección por la suma de ese monto por la sencilla razón que dicen que ellos habían comprobado que vivíamos juntos ,Prueba que ellos no tienen .Es la peor compañía de seguros de todo USA.
A customer from infinity insurance, crash my car, I submit a claim to infinity insurance, they approve the claim, my car it's ready two days ago we have been trying to contact infinity but they never answer I need my car, I'm in a rental car but they (infinity) dont give any extension for the rental car ,now I dont have a car to go to work pick up my kids from school etc just because they dont answer the phone, do i have to contact an attorney? I dont know wat to do this is too much
Worst insurance ever. I was in an accident almost 2 months ago, a guy coming out of a restaurant driveway hit me when I was on traffic. When I call to make the claim, he was at fault. My insurance never contact the other driver's insurance and I had to deal with his insurance, only to be denied liability. I got an estimate from infinity but I decided to take my car to my trustworthy body shop. They found interior damages and infinity totalled my car. They said they're paying for the value of my car and want to charge me the deductible that I already paid and body shop storage. My car was 20 days in there and only because they never answered. Now I have to pay for something that wasn't even my fault. I've been a costumer for 6yrs but I'm changing to another insurance. What's the point of paying every month, if when needed they don't respond to you. Very disappointed.
Old Man backs out of his drive way fast and hits my moving work van operated by my worker, completely his fault but is in denial and wants it handled by insurance. I say "sure, we'll play it your way and there's no way you're getting out of this one." right? Wrong. I file a claim via Infinity as my commercial insurance, I explain to them the situation, my worker operating the van, the old man hit my car, etc. etc. Infinity reviews my info and accept the claim, go through investigative processes then concludes it is 100% the other parties fault. Great and not unexpected, it was most definitely the other party member's fault. I will say the time/process to do the whole thing was annoying and required me to do the work and contact the other insurance company explaining the same info to them. After waiting 1 month with no contact, the other parties insurance wants to rule it as a 50/50. What has Infinity been doing this entire time?! No thank you, I contact my Infinity again to inform this to them, once again long holds, they answer and tell me they'll do the 50/50 and assure me they'll go after the other 50 later through mediation. Fast forward another month, I was curious what was going on because I received no calls, emails, or letters, so I give Infinity a call to follow up what's going on. They put me on the notorious long holds, so I give up, call again the next day, same long wait and then finally an answer. The person asks me for my claim number looks it up then tells me the claim is now being denied because my worker operating the van wasn't listed in the policy and told me I had to essentially bend over to the other party's insurance. Are you kidding me? You guys accepted the claim with all the info I provided that the vehicle was operated by my worker, and after all of the lies and deception that everything will be fine, making me do all of the work, having to call you guys for an update, you waited all this time to do a complete 180 and leave your customer that's spending thousands of dollars to have your service in the dirt? Ridiculous. I never even received a letter, call or email formally explaining this and I had to go through your trash long wait call service just to be informed of this?! What's even better, I told them I'm going to terminate my service, and they still send a monthly bill with now a raise in my insurance rates and reported the accident to the DMV when they didn't provide any assistance about the claim. What a farce. I use Triple A insurance and the quality of their service is night and day, significantly better than this terrible service. They actually call me back constantly, send emails, have multiple adjusters working with my cases, heck they'll even contact the other insurance company and do the mediating for me. Infinity? Nope. Long call times. YOU have to contact them every single time to follow up. YOU have to contact the other party's insurance company. You guys are a scam. No wonder the reviews are 1-2stars. Absolutely terrible and surprised there have not been any legal actions taken against your scam company which I hope there will be very soon.
My daughter was hit from behind by an uninsured motorist in Dec 2018, car was a total loss. After calling a million times and emailing, the claim lady finally came to my house 3 MONTHS LATER, unannounced in the middle of a work day and left a hanger saying she had been trying to get ahold of me (absolutely untrue) so after calling her for another week she FINALLY answers, gets all the info, says she will send someone out to look at the car and then promptly closed out the claim. Never sent someone out, never gave an explanation even after repeated attempts to find out why? I even texted the number she texted me on requesting pics of the vehicle. No response. This company is the absolute worst when it comes to customer service so do not bother with them.
Makes you pay for an accident that you weren’t even in the car for. My car was parked overnight and hit by a drunk driver that was caught and arrested by the police now they want me to pay $1000. And are even denying coverage that I specifically asked for when I set up my policy. This a fraud company!!

May 28,2019Just like everyone else Infinity Auto is hard to deal with. Got rear ended on May 2nd with a Infinity Auto policy holder. Simple enough, he got a ticket and the report clearly found other driver at fault. So I read all these horrible reviews on Infinity about their claim process so I hire a lawyer and start a claim. From there dead silence from Infinity. Call Infinity and call my lawyer, but after a week we finally got the name of the claim adjuster for Infinity Auto, Alexander Onios.Waited and waited, so I decide to just claim against my insurance company, Geico. While making the claim, the Geico adjuster tried calling Alexander but his voicemail box is full, the heck? Meaning Alexander doesn't check his voicemail box through out the day, so don't ever let Infinity tell you their adjuster works diligently and hard to make things right, that is a load of BS since Alexander seems to have a voicemail box that is full showing he doesn't check his voicemails. And the Geico adjuster seemed kinda of shocked it was full. Well I am beyond mad so made a couple of comments on Infinity Instagram site and guess what, I get a call from Infinity, but guess what, it isn't Alexander. I suggest people who have had bad experience with Infinity leave comments on their Instagram since Kemper needs to know and see how bad Infinity claims process are.Anyways, the lady calls and lies to me saying Alexander can't get in touch with the policy holder, guess what, I was on a three way call with her talking with Alexander. Never seen such incompetence from an Insurance company like Infinity Auto. Either way, if you get into an accident with an Infinity Auto policy holder claim against your insurance let them do subrogation against Infinity. Might be the only way to get your car fixed. And don't forget to do a diminished value claim as well. Be warned, if you ever get into an accident with an Infinity Auto Insurance Policy holder, be prepared to be lied to, forget leaving messages because they will never call you back, and worst of all be treated like dirt.
