Sep 22,2024I had to cancel my flight and was told there would be an extra $30 cancellation charge. Since the flight was $88 I figured to just forget about cancelling the flight. Mac, who was helping me said he would see if he could cancel the charge. He was able to waiver the charge, great customer service.

Sep 20,2024I called American Airlines to ask questions about my award points and loyalty points. I spoke with a nice man named Harvey. I explained that I will be going out of the country next year wanted to use my miles. I also told him that I am a birder and told him of other countries that I want to visit. Harvey was so helpful. He gave me his office number so he could help me book my flights, hotels, etc, and even suggested an amazing park in India for me to visit (that I asked) I didn't know that he was actually a travel agent too! I will definitely call him as soon as learn of my dates!
