Jun 13,2024Instant Tax Solutions took 2800.00 dollars from me in the beginning and they did help get the IRS off my back and did or had done a couple years of back payroll taxes but other that that they did nothing for a couple of years then said they wanted 4000 more to go foward with my case. I received no offers , no assistance on the things I was struggling with . Just waited and waited to be told they wanted more money. I do not recommend

I called instant tax solutions with the hopes that they were different from companies I’ve worked with in the past. My expectations were met and even exceeded. Megan and Avery were very on top of things and made the whole process easy for my old brain to comprehend. Katie was also a huge help in my case. Having a garnishment on my wages made it impossible to pay my bills, I needed to figure out something that was going to work with my budget. ITS got me an offer and compromise and it reduced my tax debt back in a way that isn’t detrimental to my life. I am eternally grateful for all the work instant tax solutions did on my behalf. My case was handled with care and every time I called to speak with Elijah or Jackie I was met with thorough answers and prompt responses. I started with them in 2020 and they have now done each year of my tax returns since then, they got me set up on a payment plan that worked with my budget and I’m no longer getting threatening letters from the IRS.
