I was satisfied with the work ITS did for me -- they were able to take care of my potential problem, and ease my anxiety about working with the IRS. The one thing I think they could improve is more communication with the customer. Except for the early stages of set-up, I was the one who had to email or call to get information regarding the progress they were making. I would have like a more personal relationship during the process. Also, answers to my emails were short, and did not really answer my questions, or at least did not give me satisfactory information.

When trying to help get a family member get back on their feet, you tell them the truth. Explain to them the hard cool facts. That's what I liked about ITS. The truth about what I was gonna have to do to solve my problem. At times I did not like the answers I was given, but their honesty and their working with me to lift this burden from my shoulders was the truth. I feel coming to ITS was the best solution to getting my problem resolved. Thank-you ITS.

I owed a lot of money to the IRS and my attempts to get to a resolution were not going good. I hired a law firm who charged me by the hour for all there work and in the end had me paying back more money than I make in a month. I contacted Instant tax solution and they gave me a set price that I could pay over several months. They even worked with me because I didn't have money at the time. They were in contact with me daily if needed and spoke directly with the IRS on my behalf. I was able to go on with my life because they were taking care if everything. In the end my monthly payments were right where I needed them. Years of stress were lifted off me.

I knew I owed the first year and didn't have enough to pay in because the little I did make was during the busy season. The next year I was worried because I hadn't made that much, but since I was self employed , I still was going to have to pay in. So I put that off, and next thing you know, I was way in. I started getting letters saying I owed so much it was crazy! I thought I would never get out. Then the IRS started sending, "what they thought I owed". Outrageous! Next thing you know I get a letter stating that I owe over $59000. No way I thought. So I contacted Instant Tax Solutions and asked what to do. I was very apprehensive at first, but they made it easy. My pending $59000 dropped to $200 and they kept my tax return for that year. After my husband left me and I was left to raise our daugher on my own I could not afford to pay my taxes for years. This turned into a huge mess and I did not know how to get out of it. I found Instant Tax Solutions on line. They had high ratings with the BBB, but I have to be honest that I was a little hesitant about hiring a company to help me with my taxes that was so far away from where I live. I live in Florida and they are in S.D. The moment that I spoke to them I realized that they really knew their business and how to help me with my tax problems. They took care of everything for me. I am now making payments to the IRS that I can actually afford and after a certain time, they will be paid off for thousands less than what I owed. I am very grateful to Bill Griffitts who helped me through this and made me feel confident that everything will work out and it did. If I had any questions, he would contact me back immediatly. ITS also helped me pay off my balance with them in a manner that I could afford. Shane and Theres in accounts payable where great. I allowed myself to get into hot water with the IRS. I saw an ad for Tax Solutions and decided to call and see what could be done with my situation. From the first call, my case was handled as if there were no other. All the people I spoke with were professional and caring. The work began immediately and was resolved to my satisfaction with an outcome far better than I expected. The original agreement was to expire in 2 years and because of a change in my financial situation, I again called Tax Solutions to re-negotiate the terms. Fortunately for me, Tax Solutions was able to again work out an arrangement that was satisfactory to me because of current programs that were available at that time that weren't available when I made the original agreement. I am now on track with a payment schedule that fits my current financial situation and I owe it ALL to Tax Solutions.
