Sep 07,2013I checked out Instant Tax Solutions with the Better Business Bureau before I called them. I wanted to know if there were any missteps with them and how good they were to their customers. I got no bad reviews from the BBB. I have complained to BBB about bad businesses and WILL take the time to take a complaint to the right people. I was not disappointed. The voice of the first person who spoke to me was warm and caring. I got a food feeling right from the start. But I am not gullible so that I kept listening carefully, and studying what was said. I was looking for the crazy answers. I have met a few tricksters in my time and this country is full of them. Instant Tax worked with me every step of the way, kept me honestly informed, and did exactly what they said they would do. They answered every question I asked truthfully and did not try to fool me with words they thought I wanted to hear. I know they will continue to work with me until I get all I deserve. Sep 05,2013I am truly amazed how efficiently my tax problem was handled. It all started with the honest consultation I received from Glen. He told me exactly what I needed to hear. I was explained my options and what I qualified for and even what I didn’t qualify for. I chose Instant Tax Solutions because of their great BBB rating and also because Glen told me the truth. They ended up doing 5 years of taxes for me. This process was very easy and when they were done my case worker started talking to the IRS for me. I was told it could take up to 9 months or longer to get the results of my offer in compromise, but they stayed in contact with me through the whole process and this made things so easy. 4 months later we heard back from the IRS and they accepted my offer in compromise. My tax debt was reduced from $43000 to $1847. What an amazing company and what amazing employees.

Aug 30,2013Wow. What can I say....I was in a very dark place when I learned the IRS had placed a lien on my paycheck leaving me with nothing to live on, I didn't know what to do. I had made some bad choices that put me in this place to begin with. I started to do some searching and looking at my options and I found out about Instant Tax Solutions on the internet. I gave them a call and talked to Rich. He basically told me what they could do for me in a professional but also understanding and caring way. I then had a look into who Instant Tax Solutions was and I checked the Better Business Bureau. When I saw how high they were rated I decided to take a leap of faith. Within 24 hours they had the lien lifted from my check.......it saved me and my family from falling into a life of financial chaos! They took care of almost everything with little to do on my part. They filed my back taxes and negotiated an extremely fair installment agreement with the IRS that allowed me and my family to carry on with our lives with minimal impact financially. Dec 11,2013Two years ago I received an email from my corporate office letting me know that the IRS was going to be garnishing my wages due to unpaid taxes. I had received no communication from the IRS up to that point. I knew that as my husband was on active duty he had been filling out all the necessary forms.. or so I thought. Turns out nothing had been filed from 2007 onward. I contacted Instant Tax Solutions and the first thing they did was ask how I was. Then took some information on the situation and contacted the IRS on my behalf. Everyone in the office was great. Very professional and understanding. I sent all the required information and received all of the documents that required my signature within a week. While it took 2 years to straighten everything out - that is the speed of the IRS- everything was filed and resolved. While I am still awaiting the refund from the IRS, Instant Tax Solutions took care of everything for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone with questions or concerns in dealing with the the IRS and any tax issues they may have.
