I feel that Myrna was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient in helping me place my order. I have not dealt with InsureandGo before, so can't speak about the claims service, and frankly, I hope I don't need to find out. So far....so good.

Visited several travel quote sites. Insure and Go was easy to use, a direct and clear website, and Insure and Go provided a reasonable quote for domestic travel. After using this travel site, I believe I learned what I did and did not need in the travel insurance options.

The travel insurance was easy to understand and I purchased the premium policy within 5 minutes. I am comfortable that I have protection in the event of an emergency or disaster. Way to go !!!!

Conducting a commercial transaction over the phone can be a very frustrating and enraging experience, especially if the subject matter concerns insurance. However, just this once I had an exception that should be publicized. I needed travel insurance, I called InsureandgoUSA and lucked out by getting a customer service rep by the name of Raice. What a pleasure! She was knowledgeable, clear and concise with her explanations, patient and spend the time to walk me through the whole process. Both the price and the terms of the policy met my expectations. I will not hesitate to use this company again and to recommend it to others because of my positive experience.

We experienced health issues on Recent trip and upon our return we contacted Insure and Go concerning submitting a claim. We were given clear instructions and the necessary forms were sent to us. Our entire cost of the medical treatment was reimbursed in a timely manner. We are very satisfied with our experience with this company. in fact I just purchased another policy for a up coming trip.

I almost didn't buy this insurance because I tried twice to buy 2 it it 2 different ways and the purchase didn't go through. Hopefully it went through today and I didn't buy 3 policies.

I just obtained coverage with your company for the first time and so far the experience has been very pleasant. I spoke with a lady by the name of Rice (?) who answered my questions and went ahead and got me a policy in just a few minutes. Great service.
