Jul 15,2014I used InsureandGo for a trip to Uganda. Enrollment was quick and easy. Only basic questions to answer. I have not had any reason to use the policy, so I cannot comment on the claims process.

Jul 10,2014Hard to believe, but I had a "cardiac event" 2 weeks before we were to go to Italy on a cycling tour---in the mountains. Heart surgery ensued. No trip. Fortunately we were insured through InsureandGo. They acted responsibly and paid what they should have paid. We dealt with Mintsi Goyanes who at all times was professional and responsive. We will use them again if the proper circumstances present themselves.

Jul 09,2014I extensively reviewed several travel insurance websites and found InsureandGo to be the best deal I could find. The price was fair and the coverage was good enough to satisfy my requirements. Problems like this should not cause headaches when trip planning and InsureandGo has managed to put my wife's mind and mine at ease. Now all we have to do is plan our trip for all the niceties we'll encounter in Italy and not have to worry about any of the snags that can spoil things. I truly hope I don't need the coverage at all (if the trip goes smoothly), but at least I know I'm covered if needed.

Jul 08,2014I picked InsureAndGo primarily because they seemed to be the most reasonable cost. Little did I know I would have a claim. I had some experience filing a claim with another company for by in-laws, that one took over 4 months to resolve and many communications with the company. Now, I’m not saying InsureAndGo is perfect, but I would be willing to bet they are close! Claim was paid, in full, in 6 weeks. Paperwork is a bit of a challenge, and you have to file medical separate from other items, but that is OK. I will most definitely use InsureAndGo in ALL my future travel insurance needs.

Jun 30,2014We are from the US and travel abroad quite frequently. Accordingly, we always buy a corresponding medical/travel insurance policy. Insure and Go has the lowest rates and highest coverage amounts - I have done quite a bit of comparison shopping over the years. There is enough to worry about when traveling - Insurance and Go provides peace of mind while not victimizing your wallet.

Jun 28,2014Raice was a great help in setting up our travel protection plan. We chose Insure and Go because of the reasonable rates and coverage. Hopefully we don't have to use it but if we do, Raice would be the one we want to handle the issue.
