May 29,2014I didn't want to book online in case I had any questions. I called and spoke to a very helpful representative. She set up my entire coverage plan and took the time to answer all questions and explain all policies. I have not made a claim, and I hope not to have to! I cant speak to their responsiveness, but I have faith this is a good company!

May 20,2014I called today to purchase travel insurance for my husband, myself, my brother and his wife for a Viking Cruise we will be taking next April. Miriam answered all my questions thoroughly and gave me all the need for this trip. She also recommended insuring pre-travel and post-travel so it would all be covered in case of any unplanned need to cancel. Miriam also provided different information for my brother's trip because he lives in a different state. Miriam took all mine & my brother's information over the phone, enrolled us and gave me both policy numbers and the cost for each policy. I had called previously and spoke to Racine (sp?) who was very polite and informative. Racine, also forwarded via email the contract information for both New Mexico (my state) and New York (my brother's state) so we could review the documents. It has been a pleasure to deal with both these ladies and if they are an example of the service provided by this company, in case a claim is necessary, I have no worries about any problems that could trip. I would definitely use this company again and recommend it to other family members and friends.

May 16,2014i had purchased a travel insurance policy. i studied and discovered insuretogo.com i used the im and called later. They answered my questons, Mirna is great. I later canceled my other policy. the 10 days give you time to do some research. insuretogo was even better on many of the coverages compared to other companies. all companies had their volume of negative reviews on google, so i went with insuretogo and called and found clear answers to all my quesitons. all is well,

May 09,2014Mirna Cuadra was VERY helpful and did a really nice job explaining the insurance coverage. I checked several Travel Insurance companies and found InsureandGoUSA to be much more affordable for what we needed. I also checked the Better Business Bureau as it was important to me that your company had a good rating. It couldn't have been any easier and I found that the quote I tried online initially was the SAME quote I got when I talked to Mirna. No hidden costs. That was very important and another reason I decided to go with your company.

May 06,2014Do not know how I would rate this insurance company, I just bought the insurance and have no idea what would happen if I had to make a claim! I sure hope a claim would sail right through. As fare as cost is concerned, this company was about half the cost of many the others I looked at, For what I hope is the same coverage and some cases even more coverage.

May 03,2014We are getting ready for a cruise to Alaska so I looked for insurance on the internet and found these folks very easy to sign up for coverage and the responses from them have been good. I can tell you more after the trip hoping we don't need to use there service but if we do we will have it. More later...
