May 27,2022I put in a simple claim in the region of £400 which was sent to them by my vet. It has been almost 4months now & no payment has been made despite me contacting them 10 times all they say is they are very busy. This is an appalling way to treat us. Do not use them for your pet insurance.

May 20,2022Insure your paws was brilliant when our Hari was attacked by an Alsatian when on holiday. Followed us all the way to give him treatment over the UK. Price gone up a bit (probably all have) but happy to renew for another year.

May 19,2022My claim was sent and received at the end of February and I am still awaiting payment 12 weeks later. I have phoned this company weekly since week 3 onwards chasing up my claim and checking if they needed any other information. I was advised that the claim could take up to 6 to 8 weeks to process which in itself is an unacceptable timeframe. It took them a month to confirm by email that my claim had been received despite previous phone conversations that it had been. At the end of week 9, having chased up this claim once a week I received an email asking me one point of information which I provided 1 hour later. Prior to this email I had been constantly checking that all info had been received so the claim would not be held up and I had been advised that it had. From that point onwards I have continued to chase up once a week and all I get told is it was with the claims team. On all of my initial phone calls I was given a timeframe of up to 8 weeks, it then moved to 10 weeks, we are now in week 12 and I have received no further info. This is a simple straight forward claim with all evidence provided straight from the vets rather than myself yet they seem incapable of processing even the simplest of claims. The unacceptable time in processing this claim has also resulted in my incurring 3 months of high interest payments due to paying the high vets bill on a credit card. I have owned pets for over 20 years and always had them insured. No previous claims with other companies have ever come close to taking as unreasonably long as this one. Even after lodging an official complaint over a week ago no progress has been made on my claim. I have helped to train multiple dogs and previously recommended this company to clients, from now on I shall be warning people to avoid at all costs. I shall also be recommending to all the people I have advised to use this company over the past few years change providers immediately. Dan Edit Oh wow I feel even more disheartened and a little sad for a company that has to post fake positive reviews. Above my review you will find 2 reviews from Mr Christopher Hunt and David Pick. If you check the history of reviews you will see that both of these people posted positive reviews for this site for Insureyourpaws also on the SAMEDAY hours apart on the 19th May 2020. While these posts have been deleted if you scroll through the site by date, it isn't deleted on the history of the reviewer. Or maybe this is just a coincidence, if so think they should "both" buy lottery tickets.... Find the real reviews and make your own judgement on this company.

May 17,2022I would give zero if available. Claim went to them in February and still haven't received the payment. We have sent the same information several times and the vet has done the same. All we get is our claim is still open. Never again will I renew with them. They take payment quick enough but don't pay out

May 16,2022Renewal was straightforward however I did try to change my payment day but did not get a reply for over a week by which time the first payment had already been taken Seems by asking from a different t e.mail address they cannot do anything despite all other details being as per the policy.

May 08,2022Great price and on line vet for those worrying times when you just need some advice. In these hard times it's not worth the risk. Insurance is a must and this is reasonable and well administrated policy. Renewal was automatic and cheaper than last year. Recommended.

May 05,2022Would have given you 4 maybe 5 stars. Were it not for you sending me a renewal offer. Which was higher than I could get with you as a new client. I find it totally wrong that you try to extort more money from loyal customers. I cancelled my existing policy. Then simply went online and took out a new policy which saved me money. Get your act together and treat your existing customers better or you might not get them back. Hi Natillie, Thank you for your prompt. Unfortunately your response is not what I was hoping for. You are the insurers being able to get a better deal from a third party. Is quite frankly ridiculous. You are supplying a service your price to loyal existing customers should be the most competitive. Your new rating reflects your companies negative attitude. May 05,2022My dog injured her Cruciate ligaments in Rt hind leg earlier this year but Insure your Paws were helpful with payments direct to the Vet who did a marvellous Repair and Millie is back to full speed and you wouldn't know which leg she had injured.!
