Great insurance for my dog and not to much a month
I held a policy in 2021-22 that was due for renewal, the quote from Insure Your Paws (IYP) was very expensive given no claims had been made and I rang to cancel the automatic renewal. After 50 minutes wait I spoke to an agent who assured me no money would be taken and auto renewal cancelled. I was contacted by my bank 6 days after the expiry of the and advised a suspicious transaction had been noticed and they had stopped a payment to IYP. I tried to contact Insure Your Paws but after being on hold for over an hour I was cut off. I emailed them and received confirmation the policy was now expired. Very frustrating experience, terrible delay on answering enquiries and not competitively priced.
Didn’t even want to renew. Sent emails and phoned and no one answers the phone . Won’t let me log in to account
I have been insuring my 2 dogs over the last 7 years with Insure Your Paws. Thankfully I haven't needed to make a claim in the last few years but when I did, I found them easy to deal with, prompt in responding to any queries and they settled the claim in a timely fashion. I feel that the premiums I pay are competitive when compared with other insurers and worth it for my peace of mind to know that the "boys" are covered should they need it.
I have tried to cancel the policy for over a month now before renewal but they do not respond to emails and never answer the phone
Fortunately I never had to make a claim, but disappointed with customer service. No reply to emails and nobody answering telephone .
Wouldn’t let me log into my account to cancel my policy & when I tried to reset my password it said my account didn’t exist, even though I was using the email address they were sending emails to. I tried to ring customer services to cancel the policy but the line kept cutting off after 3-4 minutes so I messaged the customer services team to cancel the policy as I couldn’t get through on the phone or log in and 2 days later a payment was taken from my account for the renewal I was trying to cancel. Not great service, terrible website/log in system and slow at responding to customers as it’s now been 5 days since I sent the email and still no response.
So couldn’t log in to my account to cancel r renew my insurance as when I try to phone no on picks up the phone and my god change that music would depress ya so I then bought a new policy on line to now today yous renew my other insurance and take money out of my bank account would like to no how do I get in tuch cuz yous seem very busy
I am very happy with insure your paws .when my dog had a serious operation insure paws was very helpful and I cant thank them enough. I highly recommend them .thank you paws
Cancelled my policy by e mail, no response, still renewed my policy, kept waiting 30 min on phone, 50 pound increase , shall I go on, will be contacting my bank to cancel payment 😤😤😤😤😤
The website is not user friendly! I have reset my password so many times and still I cannot access! I have been a customer for 2 years and this is ridiculous! Doesn't make it very easy. Also a login button would be better, you have to search to find out how to login. Not a great UX
Good value for money
great price and quick and easy to set up
Pppppppppppppppppppppppp
2 years with 2 dogs covered, tried to call them to discuss a possible claim, 20 calls nothing but on hold. Several emails unanswered. Eventually, after a strong complaint, got a call to say they were so busy la la la, Totally unacceptable service. I feel I have been conned for the payments made, and have cancelled. Of course it’s easy to sign up and pay, the test is the back up, and here there was none. Be warned.
I’ve been with this company for some years now and fortunately I’ve not had to make a claim yet. Renewal of insurance policy is always easy and your informed well in advance of price and any changes. It’s always reassuring to know that the bills will be covered if they are needed.
Hopefully a great service
Insurance buying process was very straight forward, and all my questions were answered within the Policy. Only time will tell how good the policy is if / when we have to make any claims.
Wanted to change from annual to monthly payments due to large increase in premium. Despite the fact that i emailed twice before the renewal date the annual premium was taken out of bank account. Awful customer service.

Apr 11,2022Delays again. Waiting again for claims that were put in months ago. Only way anything seems to be done is via a complaint on here. Now I can’t even get the continuation of treatment forms to be sent out. Even though this has always been done in a matter of days, I have emailed 2 weeks ago, again last week and still not had them. If it wasn’t for the fact my dog has an ongoing condition and I bought lifetime cover I would not have renewed. Pay the extra and go with someone else, ideally one your vet can claim direct from so you don’t have to go through the farce of constantly being out of pocket and chasing claims for months on end.
