Jun 21,2021Updated review This is my second time around using insure your paws for my dogs . I decided to use them to insure my new puppy as the first time around they were five stars , customer service was fantastic and still is , price was competitive and when I had to claim on one of my previous dogs the process was easy and the claim paid out quickly . This time around ( if I’m honest my impatience and stress ) I was disappointed with the service when making a claim on my new puppy , due to the time frame I was given on the claim being processed . Anyway I was contacted straight back Friday afternoon and received confirmation that my claim has been sorted today . Thank you insure your paws

Jun 18,2021I have canceled my policy and they charged me 2 days ago. They won't be able to refund monthly amount because they cannot. We are leaving and no longer need insurance for our dog. So I have paid £43 for 2 days to cover my dog. No considerations nothing, and cancelled policy straight away from today. Poor company with poor service. Hope you will improve one day! Really dissapointed!!! At least you could do leave policy until the day its been paid! poor poor poor!

Jun 15,2021Brilliant!! I have insured my Spaniel with Insure Your Paws since we got him at 6 months old, he is now 6. They have always been competitive and always easy to deal with. They were very helpful and fair when I had to make a claim. I would recommend them to anyone who has a pet.

Jun 07,2021Premium price has risen £5:00 per month. This is the only type of insurance where I haven't reviewed and changed each year. Will most definitely be looking to at least compare quotes next year and possibly change. Obviously dependant on renewel price.

May 24,2021There is always a great delay between the inputting of a claim and the payment of a claim which has led to monetary difficulty. Even when renewing a policy there was a delay. I asked for a way to bring the price down. It was referred and I was clearly told that it would be 24/48 hours. This was not the case. I had to chase the matter up and was told ( eventually). Then all went smoothly.

May 20,2021Premiums gone up 25% for no reason other than our pet us one year older. We have made no claims on this policy. Still one of the cheapest so feel forced to keep going but it's a rip off and license to print money. Unhappy
