What good is a policy if you cant actually reach anyone at the company to help with your query? has really made me wary of taking out a policy with them!

Aug 25,2021Such good customer service, the First Lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and went above and beyond her remit when my dog had breathed in some wheat from a field all the forms were sent to me and I was recommended to deal with the claim direct through the vets as I was away on my holiday. So far I haven’t needed to do anything other than take and collect my dog and pay the excess. So far I am very happy with the service I have been given.
