Feb 08,2024I have never felt so let down by a company. My dog was ill last December which required a heart scan. I have full comprehensive cover which is over £40 per month yet despite this they have refused to pay a single penny out o the £1000 vet bill even though i am covered for up to £3000. No one will speak to me and they keep replying with generic emails. They have even said that as his previous vet (from 5 years ago and who is no longer in business) haven't responded that they cant pay. Disgusting and fraudulent company.

Changed my monthly payments from under £20 per month gradually upto and over £130 per month and still not been reimbursed. Made one claim 3 months ago and they only offered 40% of the costs. Truly shocking. Heard good reports on this new company. Let's see how things pan out
