Well, It looks like I made the right decision by picking this skilled team. They took charge of my claim and kept me updated at every step of the process making sure that all the relevant information was collected and presented in a professional capacity. Jul 10,2024Charlotte and Nicola were our contacts at Ison Harrison Wakefield during our recent purchase and were absolutely brilliant. We purchased in selby and nothing had to be hand delivered and they offered a portal service which was brilliant. Not once did I chase up anything and if I ever did email with a query I was responded to straight away. Jul 09,2024At the onset the charges were made evident and the services which would be provided. I received several initial phone calls explaining who would be in charge of the conveyancing and how I could get in touch with them. The various people involved in handling my move readily contacted me when forms and information was needed. They also responded quickly to any questions or concerns I raised during the process. All proceeded as swiftly as could be expected, given that it involved a chain of 4 households. There were no unexpected complications and I found it was not the stressful experience I had been given to anticipate. The solicitors being at the opposite end of the UK from myself proved not to be a problem and I would recommend their services.

From day 1 they were very helpful in communicating with us on everything we needed to provide to them. We were first time buyers and all some of the legal wording was rather confusing but they were patient and explained everything to us. We delt with Leashia & Sarah and they were just fantastic. Quick to respond to emails and you felt like could ask them anything. Very approachable, friendly and professional. We will be definitely using them again in the future. She went above and beyond to help me win my case. I felt totally supported through out the case and trial. I would highly recommend her and her company to others. I wish Megan all the greatest of success in her career I could not of got through it without her. If you need representation in a case use this firm. 5 star.

Jun 29,2024Ison Harrison completely ruined my house buying experience. Quote/estimate of fees they give you will NOT be accurate. £300 commitment fee they initially ask for does NOT come off the quote - that is extra. Didn’t tell me about nearly £400 of fees coming from my sellers solicitors until they wanted the money on completion. Not at all compassionate - do not recommend.

The experience went very smoothly from start to finish. Somia dealt with the majority of the sale and was very quick to respond to any questions we might have. She kept us up to date at every opportunity. I would thoroughly recommend them. Thank you for making what has been an emotional time for us so uncomplicated and easy. 😃😃

Jun 17,2024I would not recommend these solicitors at harrogate. Was recommended by my broker to complete a purchase on my property. Positives from this firm was they actually replied eventually, they were aware of the time frame to complete this purchase due to the contract but didn't seem to be in a rush. James pascoe was who I dealt with, come across professional but lacks the ability to offer help or guidance to his clients. Sent over 60 bank statements to prove my funds and was questioned like I was a criminal. Did not offer any solutions at all. He asked for proof and I sent him exactly what he was asking for then to be told... sorry I need more proof. Lacks the ability to see where funds have come from. They managed to complete on time after making the whole process much more stressful than required. Always quoting regulatory requirements. I fully understand the need to check the source of funds but James Pascoe is ridiculous. I would not recommend using him for any house related matters.

All the staff was amazing and very helpful when I made a call to them. I used to use other solicitors but in the future I will always use Ison Harrison Solicitors. They are brilliant.
