However Rachel Fawthrop and her team at the Pudsey office were amazing. We mainly dealt with Tanya Harrison who was always available and happy to help. A very professional empathetic young lady who always went the extra mile for us. A great team would thoroughly recommend. Big Thank you Pam and Steve Guy

To say the purchase of the leasehold property was difficult is an understatement! Rachael however persisted with other Solicitors, kept control and always kept us up to date with everything going on. Feb 09,2024We have recently moved to a new house. Ison Harrison were recommended by our builders to carry out the conveyancing. The process was easy to follow and when we did have any questions, we were able to communicate both over the phone and by email. Our main contact was Charlotte Oxby and our other contact was Nicola Todd, who both did an excellent job, taking us through the legal process. it was a breath of fresh air that one of these people answered the phone when we had a query and dealt with it efficiently and swiftly. Thank you. I highly recommend this company.

The staff have been supportive, friendly and informative, kept me in the loop throughout my case without bombarding or over whelming me. When I needed clarification or had any queries they were prompt to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.

Jan 24,2024Do not recommend. 3 major mis-haps made which almost cost me to loose my late mothers funeral slot and her not to be buried, because the wrong sheet was asked for by the solicitor, when requested by email to leave the sheets with the death certificate at their reception for me to pick up, they then posted them non-recorded and they seemed to be lost turning up weeks later. Then they posted the probate action letter, to the wrong address! 4 months after they had posted it to the wrong address I had heard nothing so I sent an email wondering where this was? When they told me they EMAILED me (I never got any email) to tell me they had the probate, then upon checking they confirmed and realised they had sent it to the wrong address! Then when I paid for the probate I specifically rang and spoke to someone straight after payment asking to ensure this is sent to the correct address recorded delivery**. I emailed both Lucas and my solicitor as well to request this. This was ignored and it was sent first class, again weeks later the probate is missing after clear instructions!! My solicitor was Liz Stephens and the receptionist who seemed to make the repeated errors was Lucas! AVOID, the service was not worth the £1000 they charged me!! It was worth anything given the fact I haven't received the probate at all due to their mistakes!

Jan 10,2024Today, Friday the 5th January 2024, my wife and I visited Ison Harrison (York), to finalise details involving new Wills, and Land registry. Olivia Williams, branch manager, and partner, was first class, very professional and exceptionally knowledgeable. Olivia has a lovely personality and a nice approach to her clients. Obviously visiting a solicitor at anytime, can be an ordeal for many. Even for my Japanese wife of 26 years, who in Japan, was use to interviewing top solicitors in business, bankruptcy cases. Olivia, made us both feel relaxed, and comfortable, explaining in detail the different options, on offer. At no time did we feel uneasy, or pressurised. We were given very good advice, and plenty of time to make our decision. Having worked for BT for almost forty seven years, I fully understand how important customer relationship is, and good service is. Olivia is thorough in what she does, and is a credit to Ison Harrison solicitors. Anyone choosing Ison Harrison would certainly not be disappointed.

Dec 28,2023We used Ison Harrison Bingley when part exchanging a new build property this Christmas and were looked after fantastically by Samantha and Leah. They were incredibly professional, detail-oriented and thorough in sorting the paperwork for both buying and selling and were always available to answer any and all questions we had. Their prompt and efficient service was especially appreciated upon our completion day when they chased up the paperwork and funds and liaised with the building company to ensure that we completed on time so we weren’t delayed on our move. We are very grateful for their help and would thoroughly recommend them both! Thank you very much!

We dealt with Charlotte and Nicola and both were very thorough, professional and efficient completing a relatively complicated purchase in 6 weeks. Even when we got a little tense especially around our purchase they remained unflustered and calm throughout.

Dec 15,2023Charlotte at Ison Harrison was recommended to us by the developer of our new build purchase and I couldn’t be happier with the service that was provided. Biggest thanks to Nicola though who was always at the end of the phone or an email should I have had any queries, everything was responded to in a timely fashion and being relatively novice to the house buying process, she was more than patient with me and took the time to reassure me and explain things throughout. From start to finish the whole process took only 20 days from reservation to completion and I couldn’t have done it without them.
