Nov 17,2023So sad the read the reviews on here because nothing has changed. Ison Harrison were the recommended conveyancers for our builder and have been shocking throughout. Statements have been wrong, figures calculated wrong and even their own wrong figures were then totalled wrongly. Zero response to emails, do not respond to requests for a call back. Even when the building company have asked them to call us they didn't. No apologies for mistakes, wrong postcode on deeds (they used their own instead of the property's), missed of my name on the stamp duty form. Shocked by lack of response. And one week before completion we are still waiting for the completion statement and Kirstie has gone on annual leave till mid next week! No handover, no acknowledgement of emails, no customer service. Thoroughly disappointed. Will be taking to social media to voice my concerns as I can see moving being delayed at this rate.

We did not have an easy move, but Rebecca ‘fought’ for us constantly, dealing with other difficult solicitors, a housing management company, and throughout it all kept us informed. The service we received was professional, but personable. We felt known and understood which is not an experience all firms provide. We would wholeheartedly recommend Ison Harrison!

Oct 11,2023I bought a house in Harrogate last year. Ison Harrison in Garforth dealt with it as that is where their conveyancing solicitors are based. However, a number of different paralegals dealt with it based in various offices and the service was slow, disjointed and inefficient. A year later, I have received an email saying that I owe them another £173 as they made a mistake with the bill. I will pay this but this is the final straw to make me find time to write this review.
