This gave me so much confidence . Her team also worked tireless on my completion date to get things sorted in time .

Sep 16,2023Awful experience—calculated bill incorrectly five times; received bill with someone else’s details; didn’t pay the stamp duty so was chased for weeks with threatening letters; didn’t communicate with our buyers solicitors; caught lying and then stopped being available on the phone; over a year later and waiting on the legal ombudsman with our accepted case to receive the remainder of our missing equity from the sale—avoid at all costs I beg you!

Aug 28,2023We just completed on our first property and instructed Ison Harrison after reading recommendations online. We were amazed by the efficient and outstanding customer service throughout the process and particularly with Tanya Hastings who looked after our case. Nothing was ever too much trouble and emails were answered promptly within an hour and very often quicker. Whenever we rang for anything everyone was so kind and explained everything to us, including if Tanya was not available meaning we never had to wait for information. After our first sale fell through we were eager to push on quickly and this would have not been possible without this incredible solicitors. Worth every Penny to be always informed, spoken to kindly and in a friendly manner and efficient and quick service even when things popped up towards completion last minute! Fantastic.

Simon always kept in contact and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I’m August of 2023 he secured a generous offer of compensation (much higher than I had hoped for) in only a short period of time. I highly recommend Ison Harrison Solicitors and Simon specifically.

Aug 15,2023Harrogate branch - I instructed them to manage the sale of my late mother's property. They sounded very 'flat' on the telephone like they didn't really want to be there & when I got the initial paperwork through the post, they had typed one of the executor's names totally wrong on every page - given her a totally new name - I pulled out immediately - solicitors shouldn't make mistakes like this, especially in the first week!

We have asked many questions and all have been quickly answered to our satisfaction and she has been very friendly and understanding throughout.
