Due to my residential address in country Victoria, I authorized Jellis Craig to arrange everything from staging, photography, presenting and sale of my investment unit in Brighton. At all points I was consulted with feedback on the correct choices to make for the sale. I can honestly say this gave me the feeling of being at the sale without actually being there. The salesperson could not have done a better job. Highly recommended and will use them again.

Fran has consistently been putting off urgent repairs involving the safety and well-being of the people paying to live under this (incredibly leaky) roof. From dangers of electrical fires to not being able to lock multiple doors that have outside access, if you value the luxury of using a toilet in your home along side other basic necessities I would steer clear of dealing with Fran.

However, I found Ross Styles of Jellis Craig - Balwyn to be prompt, professional, efficient and always kept me up-to-date with current information on my property that he was selling. Most importantly, when he said he was going to do something, he didn't off-load it to someone else or delay.

Jan 25,2021I’m a first home buyer who’s been looking to get my own place for over a year already. Mark Pezzin was the property agent who facilitated the sale. He is an excellent communicator, very helpful and responsive pre and post sale with all my inquiries. His knowledge of the local property market is quite impressive. As the property was sold off the market, there wasn’t any advertisements. I appreciate his effort and his company’s gesture for putting up a sold board so I could take a momentous photo for this huge milestone.
