Jan 15,2021I was very happy with the way Charles Chi conducted the sale of my property at 5 Esta Street, Blackburn North. The house was put for sale during COVID which made it more difficult regarding inspections etc. however fortunately for us the restrictions were eased just before the auction took place allowing maximum attendance on the evening of the auction. My expectations all along were that I would get $1M and was happy with the result of $1,144M. Charles was most courteous and helpful to us as being an older person I am not very computer literate requiring Charles to assist me in this regard. This meant that Charles had to come to our home for authorisation signatures on a couple of occasions. I was kept up to date with proceedings on a daily basis. I want to give Charles the 5 Stars Excellent review for all of his assistance and obtaining our aim.
