they were profeesional and efficient
The products they supply work well and the servicing is good but they really do trap you with their contracts. 8 years is a long time and the cancellation terms may as well say there aren't any! You have to pay the full amount to cancel and they can increase the pricing whenever they wish! Just be very aware, there are other businesses providing the same without crazy terms and I will certainly not be staying with JLA.
The engineer was very nice and polite. He stayed until he was sure the machine was working x

Please don't ever sign up with JLA. There's no need to go into detail just take it from a care home owner with a business to run and people to look after that they just don't care once you have signed up. I made the mistake of signing up and am now trying to prevent you making the same mistake. From the reviews here it looks like sadly I'm not the only one. JLA, please don't suggest contacting your help desk or customer resolutions it shouldn't be constantly necessary. Service is about supporting and doing what is required for customers, especially when they are paying for this service each month
All they care about is how much money they can take you for. Started a rental agreement with JLA for catering equipment back in 2018, absolutely no support throughout the pandemic for equipment we couldn't use despite them telling us they were there to help. Now our premises are being sold by the landlord and we are told that we have to pay the remaining 3 years rent (of an 8 year agreement) to settle the account. The amounts outstanding for the 3 years remaining (which have increased astronomically each year) massively exceed the value of the equipment itself and will force us into certain financial ruin but they really do not care about it or you or your wellbeing. All they want is your money. If you are thinking of renting any equipment, be careful, read the small print as it locks you in for extensive extended periods if you fail to notify them in time and they certainly care less if you are forced out of business through no fault of your own. They only care about what you owe. Total Care - absolute joke, poor service, poor customer relations and certainly would never consider every using them again. If you want to be left with huge debts then these are the guys for you, avoid at all costs.
