Oct 15,2024Helen was an absolute star. We needed help with a driving offense and I rang JMW after finding their details online. Helen called back within the hour and after discussing my son’s case she felt there were grounds for appeal against the charges. My son and Helen went to court today and we were delighted when the judge dismissed the case due to Helen’s hard work. I cannot recommend the firm enough, Helen is certainly an expert in her field and was worth every penny of the fixed fee. Thankyou.

Oct 15,2024Helen was brilliant from start to finish. I had received my court notice and found an error in the paperwork. Helen was quick to act on the error and provided myself with a clear step by step guide on how to best fight my case. On the day of the hearing Helen was extremely helpful, answering any questions that I had and clearly laying out how the proceedings would take place. I came out with no further action and wasn’t required to make a plea. All around very positive experience and I would happily work with Helen in the future.

Highly organised, proactive, and willing to chase things up repeatedly. Thanks to JMW and our estate agent team, we were able to progress through the bureaucracy of dealing with a leasehold management company as quickly as possible, and we hit our deadline. Sep 24,2024The last 18 months has been a very difficult period for our family. We had to raise a safeguarding concern with Social Services, which resulted in the Court of Protection getting involved and appointing JMW Manchester to handle the finances of the family member that we were concerned about, and to prepare a financial report for the court to look into our concerns. From the moment we were first contacted by JMW, we felt that things were being dealt with professionally, thoroughly, sympathetically, impartially and quickly. Their communications were jargon-free, straightforward and easy to understand. That took away the fear for us of being in a situation that was unfamiliar to us, and we are very grateful for that. We know it’s going to be a long process before our concerns have been fully considered by the court, but we now feel relieved that the financial matters are being looked into properly. We highly recommend JMW Manchester, and in particular we want to thank Rebecca Calverley for all her help.

Oct 17,2024The firm to use if you are facing a driving ban . They talk you through the process , advise on the forms and provide a solicitor who will help with the magistrates court . Hojol Uddin and Jack Pittam guided me before handing me on to Charles Stansfield who was a wonderful man who got me in to court first on the day down in Bodmin (there was at least 12 other people booked in for the 10am start) He’d noticed the timeline of my speeding points wasn’t 100% and in pointing this out I got a 56 day ban instead of what could have been 6 months . Yes I was an idiot for speeding and deserved to be banned 100% but would have faced longer without their help, lesson learned and don’t speed . If you can afford it use JMW to help you .
