Sep 19,2024I simply cannot explain how professional Christopher Fallows and his team at JMW Solicitors are. From the onset of my employment case Chris and his team have supported me throughout. He has answered my questions promptly and dedicated so much of his time in helping me. You cannot name a better person to work with when he is at work at 8/9 pm answering my questions. That in my eyes is the best type of person you want as a representative. He has demonstrated compassion and composure throughout. His attention to detail is impeccable and his knowledge of law is unbelievable. The case which was presented to me was quite simply torn apart by Chris. He informed me of all actions to take and provided comfort to me in a difficult time. Anything that I thought needed doing Chris had already done it. Chris and the team at JMW aren't just "another law firm" they are quite frankly some of the best individuals I have encountered. I cannot say a bad word about them. I thoroughly recommend them to anyone needs legal assistance. I simply cannot thank Chris and team enough for all the dedication they have shown me.

Sep 11,2024At the end of November I fell down a faulty man hole cover outside my ex partners address - I broke my ankle in 3 places and had to have over 2 months off work. 10 months down the line I am not back to 100% mobility and have to take pain medication. Back in December 2023 I did some research and made a number of calls and the first associate at JMW was lovely and super helpful but obviously they want your case and they want your money on a 25% no win no fee basis The first solicitor actually called me and we had a long conversation regarding my situation and she was extremely positive and that I would be looking at between £7-10K compensation. On that basis I decided to proceed as I felt comfortable with them and the process All of the paperwork. hospital notes, expenses required were provided to them quickly and efficiently. Then the trail went dead. I heard nothing for months until I chased them saying what is happening and then I was told the previous solicitor has left and here is your new solicitor, they never called me once. I have had to chase them relentlessly and then finally to be told today that they are closing the case on email. No phone call, they don't want to take any more risk. The final letter from the insurer denying the claim - Zurich - doesn't make sense which makes me question what they have been sending to them all along and what narrative they have been trying to claim on This was easy - I was minding my own business - walking from my car on some grass - I was trapped in a man hole - this alone was traumatising and the fault of local housing association - I have had numerous trips to hospital and expenditure Months of physio - again all expense - months of counselling - again all expense I am a single parent working in the public sector - I wasn't asking for millions - I have been let down by JMW all round and would not recommend to anyone for a personal liability claim - if you go on Personal Injury Lawyers for you they will come up - AVOID!

Sep 03,2024I chose to use the support and advise from this company on a personal recommendation. I found the team to be extremely supportive of my situation and very knowledgeable of the subject. Contact and progress reports were frequent and it was no trouble for me to contact them, usually via email which were answered in a timely manner. It was a set price for the service I needed and this was adhered to with no hidden extras, I found the price for the service provided was extremely reasonable. All of the team members were professional and polite in their approach and very easy to engage and communicate with.

They made it incredibly simple as I didn't have to complete a confusing form but merely gave all the information on what happened in a 30 minute phone call. My case was then passed to Laura Roche who acted on my behalf. Laura's handling of the case was excellent throughout, arranging everything, and she always kept me in the loop and the final settlement was more than I thought at the outset.
