Nov 21,2024This company are acting for the mortgage lenders of my home buyer. They have been completely ignoring all communication which means deadline to request mortgage funds for completion has been missed. My agent, solicitor, broker and buyers solicitor have left multiple messages which have not been responded to. This has affected the whole chain who are now having to rebook removals at extra cost, and have been majorly inconvenienced by this company not being able to do their job. UPDATE: now waiting for the file to be signed off by a supervisor. The whole chain has been ready to exchange for 4 weeks and this is the only hold up.

Nov 16,2024We used JMW Solicitors for our recent house sale and purchase in Chelmsford, and they did a brilliant job of handling what was an incredibly challenging process. Breda Fallon has a really calm and reassuring manner which was thoroughly appreciated when times were particularly tough. The issues related to the lower chain, resulting in months of delays and the risk of the whole chain collapsing - in the end with just one week between exchange and completion. But Breda did a great job of handling the legal matters with professionalism and patience. We would have no hesitation in recommending JMW to friends and family based on our experience of working with them this year.
