May 25,2024My lawyer was Melissa Gardner,from start to finish she was someone I could tell my problems to,she was always there for me.I assumed a lawyer would be all about business, However Melissa was not like this she was caring compassionate a great human being I was extremely lucky to have her to guide me through a difficult 5 years and in the end she achieved a great settlement for me.I will always be grateful for what Melissa has done for me and I will never forget her she is a great person.,Whoever has her next for there case will be in great hands

May 23,2024Very professional and thorough. They also respond to queries in a timely manner. The fees were also reasonable and there were no hidden charges. Would highly recommend them if you wish to look into getting British Citizenship for your spouse.

May 21,2024I lost my son Mattheus to sepsis due to medical neglect. I decided to file a lawsuit to find out what really happened on that fateful day and also to seek some sense of justice. I approached JMW Solicitors and had Lucy Mellor as my solicitor. Lucy was always very professional and helpful. She offered excellent advice and was always ready to answer any questions throughout the process. I also had help from Kelly Hindle supporting me with the all the media matters and Joe Docherty by our side on the hearings. Can't fault the services I received. They went above and beyond. In the end we got the verdict we wanted and most importantly we managed to show that the treatment of people with special needs has problems and needs to improve.

May 16,2024At first I thought the law was too slow, but once it got under way there was no stopping it. Some of the letters JMW wrote took my breath away. I definitely would not have wanted to receive one. The final result was better than we had hoped for, for once listening to their advice and not trying to race ahead. I would highly recommend them. May 16,2024Avoid this scam, to save themselves and cover up their set up with the corrupt CPS, they got me into more serious position and screwed up my life beyond repair! I instructed them in a very simply and piece of cake matter that I pleaded not guilty four times for, since I have done nothing wrong whatsoever, a disabled person with extreme health issues, instead of helping me they tricked to plea guilty for something called "affray" which I have no idea what it was, none of my English friends know what it is too including few University professors, barrister Mr O.J told me, affray is a promise not to argue with anybody" I said OK, I don’t argue with no one nor I go out at all, later on, on the same day I found out that an "affray" is a crime in its own right!!! I requested to revoke the plea immediately as they lied and tricked me into it taking advantage of my language issue, barrister O.J. on that day gave the CPS a wink and gave me one!!! This barrister O.J along JMW Solicitor R.T refused to help THEY GAVE ME AN INNOCENT PERSON THE REAL VICTIM HERE A CRIMINAL RECORD FOR NOTHING, IN THE COURTS THEY ARE ALL FIRENDS,THERE IS NO JUSTICE WHATSOEVER, I WAS DYING FOR A TRIAL, I AM MORE THAN HAPPY TO STAND ONE, BUT THEY KNOW I WILL CRUSH THEM IN SECONDS,SO THEY INVENTED AND "AFFRAY" THAT ONLY SOLICITORS KNOWS WHAT IT IS, AND ENDED UP WITH UNFAIR SENTENSE FOR NOTING, IT PAYS TO KNOW AND BLEND IN EACH OTHER IN THE COURT ROOMS AS YOU WILL BE SUPRRISED WHITS BEHIND THESE DOORS, AVOID THEY JMW ALONG THIER BARRISTERS, THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF GANGSTERS, LYERS MANUPLUATORS. TODAY SHOWED ME HOW CORRUPT ARE ALL THE LOCAL AUTHORITIS AND ORGANISATIONS, IT IS A DELIBERATE NEGLIGENT AND SYSTAMTIC TAGETING AND SET UP TO AVOID EMBARRASSMENT AND PREVENT POSSIBLE COMPENSATIONS. I CHALANGE THE COURT ALONG THE POLICE AND CPS TO GRANT ME A FAIR TRIAL LIVE ON TV, IF I DONT SHOW THE PILES OF LIES OF THE CPS ALONG THE OTHER CORRUPT LOCAL AUTHORITIES, I AM MORE THAN WILLING TO GO TO JAIL FOREVER. NO ONE WILL SAY THIS IN CONFIDENCE UNLESS I AM MORE THAN CERTAIN I AM A VICTIM OF DISGUSTING SETUP, AND CAN PROOF MY INOCCENCE IN FORNT OF THE WHOLE WORLD. THEY ARE REFUSING TO GRANT ME A FAIR TRIAL BECAUSE THEY KNOW I AM 100% TELLING THE TRUTH WHERE THEY ARE NOT.

May 01,2024I had an accident in France 2 years ago which was definitely the fault of the hotel I took the advice of my daughter and contacted JMW to be honest I did not think I would get very far I was allocated to Megan Pennington a trainee solicitor within this company. This young solicitor has been absolutely amazing finding her way through French policy etc until she got a positive outcome in my favour I have followed her advice throughout the whole process and it has always been the best advice.
