Helen is very professional and went above and beyond to make sure I got the best possible outcome. I was referred to Helen by a friend, who was also very impressed with her representation. Aug 09,2023My case was handled by Lucy Mellor at JMW - regarding a mis-diagnosis of prostate cancer that was left un-actioned for 11 months. The case was brought against the NHS and revolved around breach of duty and causation. Lucy handled this case, filled with a host of personal and intimate details - professionally and confidently. Everything was explained to me clearly and efficiently. I was never left un-informed or wondering where we were in the process.
