The house sale, in particular, was an extremely difficult transaction which took about 8 months from accepting an offer to eventual completion. Scarlett is one of the only people involved in this transaction that came out of it with any credit - she was always extremely quick at getting back to me when I had a query and extremely efficient at getting things done. I would certainly recommend working with Scarlett to friends and family. JMW's fees were also reasonable compared to what I have paid for conveyancing in the past.
