Jun 09,2023What went wrong was that nothing happened. I wanted to instruct the firm - but despite chasing the matter, nothing. I was assured on more than one occasion that a solicitor would make contact with me. But it didn't happen. It obviously doesn't inspire any confidence. If the firm is so busy that it cannot take on new work, would it not be good practice to let potential clients know, rather than leave them in limbo for weeks?

May 30,2023Criminal Defence - Strongly Recommended For anyone looking at appointing a top level Criminal Defence solicitor, I would advise speaking with JMW. After being falsely accused of a serious offence, I sought representation from a leading legal firm. Unfortunately the solicitor who represented me made very little progress with the police, and I spent a year under police investigation. After I became concerned with the lack of progress made by my then solicitor, I contacted JMW. Immediately, I was contacted by Jonathon Enston. After discussing my situation with Jonathon, I made the decision to appoint Jonathon at JMW to take over my case. That's when things started to improve. Jonathon promptly assessed my situation, evaluated all the information pertaining to my case and put together a plan of action, which quickly resulted in the Police taking No Further Action against me. During this short period, Jonathon made every effort to keep me informed. He discussed potential options with me, valuing my opinion and kept me in the loop concerning all communications with the Police. I have been very impressed with how effectively Jonathon handled my case. I Strongly recommend JMW.
