Angharad has been with me from start to finish and from the first phone call made it clear that she not only understood the physical difficulties I faced due to the negligence but also that my whole life was suddenly different and that this can have emotional consequences. Angharad has been professional but also empathetic and understanding when I’ve been faced with some difficult to read medical reports or had my honesty questioned and I believe I only managed to see this through because of the work she has done and the way she has helped me understand the process. Dec 09,2022I changed solicitors because of poor (and stressful) service to JMW. It was the best decision I’ve made in a long time. I needed a conveyancer to sell my Aunt’s house and Molly Heptinstall could not have been more helpful and efficient. The previous solicitors sent holding emails saying they would get back to me in five days, Molly replied on the same day, sometimes within minutes. Thank you Molly for your help and for keeping my blood pressure in check. Highly recommended!

Dec 04,2022My case was dealt with by Hojol Uddin and Jade Halliday. They were both very professional and informative through out my case. I’ve dealt with a few firms in the past who I thought were good but JMW showed me the level of standards a client should receive. Jade who is a fantastic representative went out of her own way numerous times to make sure I have a good case file. She really fought for me and took apart the prosecution. She got me the best possible out come I could of asked for and didn’t stop fighting untill we got what we wanted. Over all I’m glad I chose JMW and i will definitely recommend!

They were able to reassure us and make changes to the application and we were delighted to receive a positive response after a long 6 months waiting.
