Feb 09,2023Absolutely superb service from Charlie Bellamy and his colleagues on my latest mortgage. As a seasoned property investor/developer I am used to chasing solicitors, however, this is not the case when working with JMW - Charlie, Joseph Goodier and Sam Pittam chase me. The level of communication is, in my opinion, market leading with regard to conveyancing - seamless from start to finish. If you value communication and a common sense approach to property legals, I highly recommend JMW Solicitors.

Feb 01,2023I was appointed Helen Kelsall to my case. Helen was thorough and precise through out the whole process on what was to be done and what my Worst and Best case scenarios where. Her advice was first class and the outcome we achieved in the end was the best case scenario. JMW took on my case and Lucy got in touch. Lucy has been amazing and showed real tenacity and perseverance on what was a very complex and technical case. Lucy's attention to detail and confidence that there had been negligence kept moving the case forward, despite the other-side using the usual tricks of not accepting the facts, avoiding the hard questions and being really slow. Lucy's overall technical ability made sure that the other-side had no option but come to the table. I sincerely hope the other-side have learnt lessons and changed their processes to avoid what happened to my mum, happening to someone else. Jan 27,2023Two Court Cases in one day successfully dropped Thanks to Helen Kelsall & Peter Grogan after being up for a driving disqualification what had not been my fault! Peter had promptly advised of all the necessary evidence I would need and the next steps to take, Helen on the day of court fixed this mess receiving the out come I had fairly deserved from the two cases, having Peter getting the first case adjourned. Very happy! Both professionally was always there to hand if needed. I would use again and highly recommend. Thank You!

On this occasion, the associate allocated to deal with my case was Lana Parker-Yates. Ms. Parker-Yates throughout the whole procedure was courteous and professional. I was particularly impressed by the speed with which Ms. Parker-Yates dealt with queries arising from the transaction.
