Kimberley Peet has been absolutely amazing with myself during my late husband's case, all her work has been carried out with love and compassion at all times, I would of been lost without Kim these passed four years, Kim has kept myself updated on my late husband's case and I am pleased that myself and the children have finally got closure and we can all move on and put this heart breaking ordeal behind us now. My solicitor was Elizabeth Davies who I cannot thank enough,she was so caring with excellent knowledge of my claim which was medical negligence. All through my claim I was kept up to date with anything regarding my claim and the the outcome and settlement was far beyond what I expected. I will be recommending jmw to all friends and family.

Mar 17,2023I would like to thank Sam Healey for his expertise and extremely efficient service in dealing with my case at Swindon crown court and he instructed a great barrister for me, overall my case lasted nearly 4 stressful years due to covid and backlogs at court. During this time Sam kept me up to speed with everything and wrote a fantastic letter to the prosecution which must have taken hours quoting laws and cases in my defence and I knew I had the right person on my side and got me the good result at my trial at the start of March 2023. Huge thank you to Sam Jack Daley along with Nick my barrister who Sam recommended and that was a great choice and move as they helped save my business and reputation. Decent firm and decent people I would highly recommend Sam Healey and any future issues I will be calling Sam no doubt about that. Mar 16,2023We made a medical negligence claim which was dealt with by Lucy Mellor at JMW. Lucy was throughout, friendly, helpful, patient and clear in her explanations and efficient in dealing with matters. Whenever we weren't sure on how best to proceed or what something meant Lucy always ensured that my family understood everything clearly and set out the pros and cons of each course of action. We also received very helpful, efficient assistance from Hannah Mole and Shelby Munn in the Probate team.

She did the processing of our kids visa application (Certificate of entitlement) and it came out successfully. The journey to doing my spouse visa application was very stressful and frustrating as it took a longer time than expected. Bhavini Bhatt laid everything out for us clearly and helped us every step of the way. During my entire immigration process, Bhavini Bhatt was highly professional, very meticulous and caring. My family and I are extremely grateful to her for her words of encouragement and support when I thought there was no hope. She did her best and ensured my spouse visa came out successfully. She was available any time we needed her (even non working hours) and always made sure we were on top of what we needed to do.
