She made me feel "she had my back" and I was fully protected by an experienced professional and an empathic human being. Her legal knowledge and attention to detail were exemplary and she had a captivating power of self-expression. The tone and content of Alison's letters were masterful. Alison truly excelled in negotiations - she was utterly brilliant and her forceful, reasoned arguments were compelling. When it came to the nitty-gritty of financial negotiations, she showed her steely resistance and determination to get the best possible outcome for me. Mar 06,2022Firstly, I want to say a massive Thanks to Sam, Emily and my Barrister Richard. From start to finish, the service received was outstanding. From my meeting with them, to the final day in court. My case was an RTA, which at the end of the day, found me Not Guilty, everyone knew this, but the prosecution was throwing everything at this case, to find me guilty. It was the knowledge and expertise of Sam and Richard who won this case, and without them, things could have went very differently. I would recommend this team to anyone, not only are they outstanding in their field of work, but also I have come away from this as friends to Emily, Sam and Richard. Thank you again for helping me and guiding me through this horrendous part of my life, and for making it clear to the Judge and Prosecution the facts of the matter.

Mar 01,2022Steven Brown at JMW took on my case for regarding cauda equina syndrome negligence. Since contacting Steven, he thoroughly advised and guided me throughout the whole process. On days he was out of the office, I was still able to contact through through other members of the team, including Ashleigh Francis who was a great help with any questions or worries I had. I suffered badly with my mental health through this time and JMW were there to support me through every aspect of the case needed and were always at the end of the phone or email. The case concluded with securing a pay out that I wouldn’t have got without Steven. This will help me look for a suitable property to start living a better life with this condition and that is suitable for my needs. Feb 25,2022In April 2019 I received a diagnosis of an illness that could have been diagnosed a decade earlier but was missed by my GP. A diagnosis that lead to me having to say goodbye to my wife and 6 month old daughter. Fortunately, my condition was brought under control but is now something I will have to live with for the rest of my life. It is stable and hopefully won’t require any further medical intervention, just routine quarterly checks. When I discovered that my diagnosis could have been made years earlier, and prolonged the functionality of my kidneys, I was heartbroken and sought expert advise. I was directed towards JMW, with whom I have had countless discussions over the past 3 years, and in particular, Ellen, who has worked tirelessly to get me the result I needed to be able to move on with my life and without this dark cloud over me. Without the dedication of Ellen, the tireless effort, I may never have seen justice. If there was an option to give more than 5 stars I would do. The commitment, compassion and professionalism shown by Ellen throughout this process have been nothing short of exceptional. I am forever indebted to JMW, but more specifically Ellen. My family thanks you.

Feb 25,2022My solicitor was Rachael Heyes, and I have been very pleased with all the work and advice Rachael has had/done for me. There was a lot of backward and forwarding that had to be done and I never thought I was kept in the dark about anything. I was continually kept In the loop and never felt like I didn’t know what was happening. I felt as if I was always being given the best and correct advise.

Feb 24,2022I contacted JMW following an RTA back in 2019. My claim was handled by Laura Roche in a professional, friendly and considerate manor. Laura was forthcoming with regards to the difficulties we could face, costs & an estimated timescale. She was very easy to reach via email with minimal response time and would provide me with frequent update to ensure I was aware of the progress. We eventually managed to settle without having to go to court and I am very pleased with the outcome. I cannot recommended JMW and Laura Roche highly enough! I hope I don’t require this service again but if I do I won’t hesitate in contacting Laura & JMW again.

Feb 22,2022I used JMW Solicitors when applying for British citizenship and their support was great - my application was approved after around 3 months so very quickly, the price was quite affordable compared to other law firms, and they were happy to accommodate any last minute changes, answer all my questions, and get the application and documents ready for a very specific timeframe when I needed to submit my application. You still need to do a little bit of work yourself, including proofreading and doing some research on your specific situation, but JMW's help is invaluable in the process.

Feb 14,2022Working with JMW was a horrendous experience from start to finish. Our conveyancer ignored multiple calls and emails a week, sent important legal documents with the wrong name and incorrect spelling, disregarded many questions we had for the seller, went on annual leave without telling us at a key point in the process, and ultimately nearly made our five-person chain collapse. She would constantly complain about how over worked she was and how many cases she had on her desk. For the money we paid, it would really be impossible to recommend JMW for conveyancing.

Feb 09,2022I'm a Tier 1 Investor who just achieved settlement status in the UK and is currently waiting to immigrate. I've been with several Solicitors before in both China and UK on this matter, whom I prefer not to name. I can say that JMW Solicitors are the best among all. My immigration advisor, Sumara Azhar, has always been there for me and communicated clearly about what I should do and my next steps. She is also full of patience and professionalism whenever I am worried or panicking due to my previous bad experiences. I can't imagine a better immigration advisor than her. Additionally, since they're a full-service law company, I have been with them for other reasons, and I can only say that I'm impressed by all of them. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends when the opportunity comes.
