Nov 19,2024Ordered and payed for two shirts as a Christmas gift for my dad, same style, different colours. Received one, which was all good although I did think that both would arrive together. Didn’t bother me too much as I expected the second to follow however when it did arrive it was the exact same colour as the first one. Doubting myself I went to check my original order and sure enough I had ordered one blue and one red. I then discovered a note inside the second package stating that they had stock issues with one of my items and as a result they took it upon themselves to substitute it. No email, no phone call to advise me that this was the case so no offer of a refund which I would’ve accepted. I called them and explained the issue, sales rep wasn’t really listening to what I was saying as I told her about the accompanying note then she asked if there was a note with my delivery. She had the cheek to tell me that someone tried to call me regarding their stock issues but my phone just rang out with no option to leave a voicemail. I told her that was absolute rubbish. She then advised me to return the item at my own cost and the correct shirt would be sent out to me. She obviously forgot that the correct shirt was out of stock. I hung up the phone. Not going to return it as I probably won’t receive a refund after reading other reviews, will just give to charity. First time ordering from this lying company and definitely the last.

The call was answered immediately, availability of product ascertained, sizes checked,the order taken by a very efficient and knowledgeable lady, payment taken and all of the pleasantries completed in record time. What's to complain about?
