Do not deal with them as they will not deliver or refund. I wish ai had not dealt with them Still-waiting refund for over a month and a half

Nov 13,2024Placed an order and paid online - a week later get an email to find out it’s been delayed. Rang up and was told it may be another week, is that ok? Waste of time and poor communication. Should mark stock as sold out if not available rather than making people wait a week and then another week for a refund. Will never order again!

Nov 13,2024I ordered on the 24th of October. I was prepared for a 7 to 10 day delivery, they told me that, and I accepted. It is now 19 days and still no sign of my order. Having contacted their support, the response was, it will be with your soon. No apology for the delay, not even a small glimmer of empathy!! Sorry Jolliman, fist and last order. Nov 14,2024My order was placed at beginning of October and it took a reminder and a month for it to be delivered, When it arrived the cardigan was the wrong one. I had ordered a button through gents cardigan and a zip cardigan was sent which I have returned. Very disappointed with delivery and wrong item sent.
