Jul 16,2024On the 11th July I bought a pair of cords JA71. I used the offer on the website for free postage using the password TRIM. Today I went to order another pair of JA71 over the phone and when I asked for the free postage I was refused. When I questioned that, which was within the week shown on the website the phone was put down. The operator was not interested in asking a supervisor if I was still valid for free postage. I had to phone again when a young girl answered the phone and took my order. I did not question the free postage and was charged.

Jul 16,2024The following suggestions would improve Customer experience. There should be a box to allow returning customers to enter their customer number. When making a purchase it is not obvious if the order instruction has been entered. An indication on the check-out symbol would help a lot.

Jul 14,2024The lady who dealt with my request using the phone helped me to find what l needed and was very professional. I have with my last two orders used Jolliman and not Matalan or Chums your catalogue gives more information than the other companies , because not only do you give the size ie s,m,l,XL etc it tells me the chest sizes also. One item that says 3x can be a different chest size than another one that is 3x your catalogue states the chest size which is the important part of buying clothes so in future l will continue to use Jolliman, also your clothes are a better quality which at my age 76 l prefer to buy. Thankyou! Jolliman.

Jul 04,2024I sent 2 emails and had no reply. Telephoned and my question was answered. I'm still not sure that the answer was correct. I was requesting trousers that are not tapered, although I was reassured the photos cast doubt. I await arrival of the goods. I have now received the trousers and they are as good as I was assured by the supplier. My scepticism was completely wrong.

Jul 03,2024I was sent a pair of trousers 4 times smaller than the size I ordered..To send them back it cost £4.59 postage When i spoke to the customer advisor she said postage would be reimbursed. Yesterday i was informed that no postage would be added to the refund. I will never use this company again!
