Jun 14,2024This is only the. first time I have ordered from Jolliman so until I have received both items I can't really give a full review . I will review fully at a later date . Ordering was simple once I had regisyered for an account ,which wasn't so simple because I kept having to fill in the same thing a few times ,but got tgere in the end 😊

Jun 13,2024I was shopping specifically for a jacket, my comments are about the website as a whole rather than the products. Generally the website is laid out quite well but, in terms of jackets especially, I think that the descriptions could be a little more helpful. Specifically in the weight of the jacket. It was difficult to work out how heavy the jacket is and whether it would be suitable. For example I looked for a summer jacket/ windcheater. there were a few I liked the look of but dismissed because I didn't know if they would be too warm. Also, the photographs of the jackets were inconsistent. I always like to see front and back views and the inside pockets (to gauge depth and security), some show this, some don't. Again it makes comparison difficult.

Jun 10,2024I give this company 5 stars for customer care, particularly Maddy. They were out of stock on one of the Trousers I ordered. I had ordered two sizes as I was not sure. They took the larger size back and altered it to my requirement, all without charge.

Jun 08,2024Web-site easy to use except that I couldn't find the box where to either claim 10% off as a new customer or 15% off as per their brochure. As I qualified for free delivery I didn't bother any more - but it may affect my thoughts in future

May 30,2024I order for my dad regularly. He looks at the catalogue, then I go online and show him more options. He is always pleased with the clothing. It would've been 5 stars except that everytime there is a delivery issue. They are busy and stuff always takes around 2 weeks to arrive. This is quite annoying. Says within 5 working days, but over 3 years once it has arrived in 6 working days that was the fastest delivery. He orders atleast 6-7 times a year so ot is quite annoying.
