Jun 21,2024I would have given you 4 out of 5, but it wasn't easy to order the four pairs of trousers (type JA01) in DIFFERENT colours. I needed one pair each of Navy, Grey, Black and Brown. The website only offered me the chance to add to, or subtract from, the number of pairs ordered in the SAME colour. So I had to leave my basket to continue shopping three times, and then come back each time into the categories: Menswear > Trousers, and then I had to scroll down to JA01 again. That greatly prolonged the entire ordering process. Also, could someone please correct the misspelling on the heading of the picture which links to the "Trousers" section? At the moment it reads "Tousers"! Thank you for your kind attention to the above points. John Mager, Gloucester

" there will be a delay in my item and I will get another email to say when my item has been dispatched " My current order was placed on the 5/6/24 and it's now the 19/6/24 and I'm still waiting to hear when it has been dispatched. It's not good enough

Jun 23,2024Ordering was easy, delivery reasonably good, however one item was damaged and the return cost was more than the damaged item cost. This would not stop me from ordering again.
