May 21,2024Ordering was quite simple, BUT seven to ten days to process your orders in this century is about six to nine days to many,. If there’s no chance of getting them by 24th May please cancel my order.

May 20,2024The site was easy to follow and use with clear instructions. Do not have to use any additional payment process such as PayPal but just input your credit card details and may have to wait for the additional security. Very pleased with it and will use them again

May 17,2024Merchandise is of good quality and Customer Service helpful but both recent orders have been delayed by waiting for items to be in stock though advertised in catalogue. Main annoyance however is no facility when ordering ONLINE to PREVENT substitutions so inconvenience of returning items incurred.

May 14,2024Ordered two cardigans on 10th April. Have had 3 delivery dates but no cardigans. Sent 3 e-mails chasing and was told on last one that my card was refused. Gave new number on phone and was promised delivery Monday 13 May. Still not received

May 14,2024Disappointed at how long order is taking, ordered items on 23/04/2024. got email a few days later to say there was a slight delay but still not arrived 3 weeks later. . The items were for my husband's birthday.

May 14,2024Patchy performance on filling orders. I've had three orders delayed for "out of stock" when they were said to be in stock when order placed.

May 14,2024Had a few items and generally happy. Main failure is inconsitency on trouser size --- purchased a pair of 42 x27 cords, prefect fit so comfortable followed up within days same product different colour. Disaster -- feels like made for someone 5inchs taller. This has happened a couple of times before. So annoying really feels like you are shortening a 33 leg to 27 which totally loses the line of the product such a shame 29 to 27 leg keeps the line guys !

May 13,2024I'm a fairly regular customer of Jolliman and am happy with what I've bought from them, but their customer service needs to be greatly improved. I placed this order on 29th March and received it in early May. I received an email in early April to say that my order had been delayed but the hope was to despatch it in four or five working days. After that, radio silence. When I rang in the middle of April I was fobbed off with a promise that the order had been despatched and would be with me the next working day. Needless to say, it didn't turn up. Must try harder, as they used to say on my school reports.
