One star is one too many ! I've already documented my purchasing of two disgustingly poor quality seersucker shirts from Jolliman. I won't purchase anything from this 3rd. rate company again. I wish Jolliman would stop sending me communications !!!

The quality of the clothing sold by Jolliman is good and so is the price. The speed of delivery could be better but is not a major issue.

I ordered an item all good. They took the money quite quickly. 2 weeks later, I get an email saying it would be delayed by another week, A week later they say they haven't got the item and offer an alternative. I go on their website, they are still showing as having the item I want in stock. Either very sloppy stock management or false advertising.
Easy to use website
The service I have received from Jolliman has been abysmal and I am not inclined to ever want to place any further orders. The delivery period quoted in the case of the order I placed was 7-10 working days. I then received an email stating that there had been a delay but no new prospective delivery date was quoted. I then rang up Jolliman after receiving no further information and explained that I would be going away on a specified date and was concerned about the progress of the order. I was told that one item would be despatched within a few days and the other item was expected in stock shortly thereafter and would then be sent by express delivery in time to reach me before my departure. The one item arrived; the other did not. I then had to ring up again to enquire why the remaining item had not been despatched as agreed as an express delivery. I was told that my size was unfortunately not in stock. How to improve this abysmal, customer-unfriendly service? You need to monitor stock levels more closely, so that you know what you have and what you don't have. Next, you only confirm an order when you KNOW you have these items in stock and not on the basis of any presuppositions of future deliveries at your end. If you know there will be delays, you make this perfectly clear to prospective customers on your website. Next, you keep the customer immediately informed about a delay and indicate when redress can be expected; you do not wait for the customer to ring up and make the necessary enquiries. However, I very much doubt that you are really interested in improving your service. On the other hand, if enough people give you bad reviews, alarm bells might just begin to ring at your end.
