My email wasn't read and therefore my expected outcome didn't happen. I have now had to send a 4th email to which I will get another reply (probably after customer services haven't read the previous one) some 2 days later that will require further work on my behalf. Customer service- don't make me laugh....

Not a good start FLASH10 code would not work,I tried two days at the weekend when it should have worked but not successful. Had an E Mail Monday morning asking me about my problem but I had stated in my E Mail what the problem was. Finally placed order Monday morning using the same code without problems.

I was pleased to find the item I was looking for in a variety of colours and was offered a discount code for opening an account. I sent ordered my items and put in the discount code, but for whatever reason it was not accepted. That was disappointing. I received a telephone call today as one of my items was unavailable and the young lady asked me if she could change it to a black one. It was kind of her to ring me and asked me if she could change it for another colour, but I could’ve waited but I wasn’t given that option. I am yet to receive my items.
I had problems with the offers which appeared on the email you sent to me but the website did not have corresponding offers on it. I had to contact your customer care staff who also did not have access to the offers you had sent to me. I had to screen shot the offer and email it to the young lady on the care team. She was very kind and patient but it should not have been necessary. Your emails should match your website.
Pleased to order Jeans for £30 seen the offer 2 for £50 and ordered two but had to pay full £60 at checkout hence only 3 stars
Ordered in November as a Christmas present. Then an email saying it was delayed but would receive an update in five days. No update prompting me to enquire. Was told I wouldn’t receive the order until early to mid January. Received an email after Christmas saying it was on its way. Received but one item was broken. Emailed with attached photo and waited until customer services returned after festive break. Received an email suggesting I return the broken item. Spoke directly and kept waiting whilst a line manager decided to send a replacement without me returning the broken item. I am still waiting for the replacement to arrive and have had no follow up email since my last call. Suffice to say, my experience has been haphazard and it would be helpful to be able to draw a close to this order.

I received an item that was faulty due to missing a part so it could never work. I returned the item and eventually received a refund for both the goods and the return postage.
the site said delivery was free but when completing the order delivery charges could not be deleterd
