Poor customer service. Sent wrong item and would not replace it without it first being sent back, missing Christmas. I took it to a charity shop and would not use Jolliman again.

I ordered several items on December 5th and one item arrived and an email from them on Dec 9th advised that 'due to high sale volumes your order has been slightly delayed. We will endeavour to send your order within the next 5 working days'. I chased the order on the 13th, 18th, 19th. On the 20th Jolliman advised 'Thank you for your email we have split your order so you will receive everything that is in stock within around 48 hours'.I rang them on the 20th and was advised that the order hadn't been paid for! Which is ridiculous as I paid for the items when we ordered them. The gentleman I spoke to then 'put the order through' and said they would be 'sent out today'. I did push that point as I definately wanted the order before Christmas. On the 21st we received an email saying 'we have despatched the following item(s) from your order on 21 Dec 2023. I emailed but did not get a response. On the 22nd I received an email advising 'We have now received and processed your return of items from order number ********. I didn't cancel that item! I rang up and was advised that Jolliman was now on holiday! The order we ordered on December 5th did not arrive until the 27th so was completely useless as a Christmas gift. I emailed a complaint to Jolliman on January 8th and signed it Lorraine. I received an email back on January 10th addressed to Mr A******! The whole process of buying and receiving the items and the customer service has been abysmal and I will certainly never ever use them again.

Vey pleased with my fleece lined zip jumper - very warm and comfortable in this cold weather - problem is, my cat likes it too!

I recently purchased trousers, that had no button hole in the waistband, and I have just had to have a zip replaced at a cost of £15. So not very impressed

First parcel went missing with the couriers so caused a few weeks delay so missed brothers birthday. Jolliman did chase couriers up but then accepted parcel was missing and sent another. Transpires size was too big but they had no qualms about changing. Brother got gilet for Xmas and is happy with gilet.

All three products were a lot smaller than advertised and did not fit. I returned these but they were never delivered so I paid out for something which I had no benefit from, nor a refund.

Terrible service. Order some boots 2 weeks before Xmas and it seems as if they forgot about it as I had to chase up the order. They then said they're taking a week off for Xmas, fair enough. That week went I chased up again, then they said they're waiting for a shipment to come in. After all that they end up sending the wrong boots. Then I complain, no one takes it seriously, I got talked to like I was an idiot who was being impatient or dramatic. And when I asked for an exchange to get the actual boots I paid for in the first place, they then say that they never had that colour in the shipment so they just thought they'd send the wrong ones instead and presumed I'd be okay with that. Very dishonest, lack of interest in the customer, no compensation or good will gesture offered for the inconvenience, nothing. Terrible company, will be telling everyone to avoid.
