Feb 29,2024Choosing and ordering was seamless although a discount code sent Couple of hours didn't work this is third occasion I've had flyers and emails and none of the discount codes worked however excellent quality products and excellent exuberant customer service and careful packaging and delivery service

Feb 28,2024The online ordering is problematic - it told me that I had free delivery, but when confirming the order it applied the discount bringing it just below the free delivery threshold - so added a delivery charge. The care team understood the problem and allowed me to add another item (which I intended to add to my next order). Because this put me over the threshold for free delivery AFTER discount applied, the extra £20 item only added £2 to the bill. Maybe IT will fix the other issue with a warning stating "The Discount applied means you are now liable for Delivery Charge". Thank you CareTeam for resolution.

Feb 21,2024JT205 ELECTRIC NAIL TRIMMER not fit for purpose, does not trim or cut nails at all, a spinning piece of metal that stops as soon as you place you nail to it, useless. Plus JA01.BK.34.27 BLACK 34 27 QUALITY PLUS TROUSERS and JA65.CH.34.27 CHARCOAL 34 27 JOLLIMAN CLASSIC TROUSERS still not delivered , was sent email saying due to low stock, yet when purchasing this was not stated anywhere. First time buying from Jolliman and not sure i will be buying from them again.

Feb 21,2024You took my order.you took money out of my bank account & you don't even have the items I've ordered in stock at your warehouse. Now I am £100+ out of pocket & your company is £100+ richer. I even paid for the speedy delivery service. Now it could take a week or so before I get to see my order. I think I should be compensated for the poor service I am getting. I have been a loyal customer of yours for many years & I've not had a problem like this before..... One star. Could do better.....

Feb 20,2024I tried to order my items through the website, but I could not get past the "Payment Details" page - this was nothing specifically to do with Jolliman, as I have had similar trouble with other websites in the past (clearly, I am prone to filling in my details wrongly, or some other basic mistake). I phoned up the Customer Service helpline, and the lady on the phone very quickly took my details, entered them in on her computer and my order went through with no trouble at all - marvellous! Please excuse my mistake (whatever it was) and also say "Thank You" to the lady who dealt with my order. I will try harder to do a proper job next time, but I expect the same mistake will happen again - some people just can't use a computer properly, and I am one of them!

Feb 18,2024Can’t believe it will take 7 to 10 days to complete my order. Most Companies now despatch within 24 hours and use a speedy, reliable currier for fast delivery. Time to up your delivery times.

Feb 16,2024I have been shopping on-line with Jolliman for several years and have experienced excellent trouble free service every single time. One of the things I like in particular is the availability from their catalogue of multiple items that can be difficult to find for example I recently bought a device for making extra holes in leather belts etc. Devices like this are not easy to find on the High Street. But of course most of my shopping from Jolliman is for their excellent range of clothing and I will continue to shop with Jolliman for the forseeable future.

Feb 15,2024Husband was pleased with the trousers especially the lightweight travel trousers.They arrived later than expected due to them being sent to the wrong depot. However this has not put him off and has ordered more trousers. Sadly he has had to send the lightweight jacket back as he felt the size came up smaller than usual.
