Ordered a shirt for my hubby. He wears the same style to work everyday. They were out of stock, so they sent me a different style…now I have to buy postage and go to the post office to return the unwanted garment… Needless to say, I’m less than impressed. Wasnt a packing error. They were out of stock, so deliberately sent a different garment. Therefore causing me to have to take a one hour round trip to the post office..just refunding the postage doesn't cover the time or stress this close to Christmas
Easy to go through the section I needed and place my order. Just hope that the c orrect size is delivered this time

I returned an item to Jolliman with request for a full refund and gave my reason for the return. I folded the item neatly and placed it back into the same plastic envelope that it had been in when it was delivered to me. On a single sheet of A4 paper I marked it F.A.O. Manager Jodie and gave full details of why I was returning the item. I included my name, address and my mobile phone number.

First time customer I found your web site ok but was a little confusing with regard to discounts. On the surface it looked like all was on a Black Friday discount but when selecting an item you find it is not inclued in the Black Friday offer but has a smaller discount if you buy two items. In addition to see a differant colour I had to scroll through the various position photos to find the various colours. It would be better if the main display photo change colour. That being said I found a great range of products with superb size range.
what I can say so far is, the prices are good,and it won’t break the bank, Im awaiting my order, So far very happy .👍🏼😀

Product details were very comprehensive and the ordering process straightforward. Having placed an order that exceeded £40, notification that delivery was free came up. After applying the discount code, a delivery charge was added, despite the "free delivery" notice still showing. I have paid the delivery charge, though feel that it shouldn't have applied. Having left a negative comment a few days ago, I feel I should give praise to Jolliman where it is due. I am very pleased with the corduroy trousers I bought; they are of high quality, very good value, well made with attention to detail and compare favourably with those I saw from another supplier at twice the price.
You were unable to supply the shoes. You did phone to tell me. I would have liked a follow-up e-mail to confirm.
