Trousers ordered now told not in stock. Phone call from virtually unintelligible female persuaded me to order different colour 48/27 Now got email saying my order is for 48/29 Bloody useless! Re. Reply. When I tried these on they were fast too long and had definitely NOT been shortened. They have been returned as totally unsuitable and not what was ordered.
Good choice of trousers and had my size in stock very pleased.

I ordered two cardigans. When they arrived the lining on one had not been stitched on to the cardigan. I called customer services and was told that as it was faulty they would refund the postage for the return. I called again several days later to find where the replacement was and eventually after a struggle they said they would send one. Once more they promised to refund the postage - seemed to be the regular line. Clearly these people had no intention of refunding me so I am £4.90 out of pocket for a rubbish item of clothing
Thank you for your reply Sahar but that’s not quite the story .Before the navy one you sent a black one ,then once it was back I asked for a refund and this never came.Phone call after phone call and after a lot of hassle you finally sent me a cheque nearly a month after you had the goods back again.

I purchased 2 hoodies for my daughter's for Christmas. The colors described on the website did not match the shade I received. I sent an email requesting details to return items. I received a reply requesting additional information, which I gladly provided. I have since not received any emails. I have sent about 10 follow up emails, but without any replies from them. According to their policy, they will gladly refund items that you are not satisfied with. But good luck getting a reply from anyone on how to go by processing a return. A very unsatisfied customer, let alone 2 very disappointed girls.
Very impressed with my latest order, did not get the option for the permanent crease prior to placing my order but a telephone call has enabled me to add this on. Very impressed with this service, I am a regular customer with Jolliman and find the goods to be excellent value for money

I have yet to receive the goods purchased yesterday. Therefore I can’t really share a review yet!
As a veteran (80) surprisingly I do use the network for shopping but in the process of placing an order on same 2 products the system told me where invalid, so I reverted to good old method of the telephone with success.
In November I bought an item over the telephone. I was not told that it was out of stock and I subsequently received an item that was the wrong size. This is what happened: 1. I was sent an item that I didn’t order, didn’t want and was of no use to me whatsoever! 2. I asked for a refund which they agreed to but refused to refund any of the postal charges. 3. I entered into email correspondence with the company and attach copies of emails from which you will see that I have been asked for more and more information. 4. To cap it all I have received a credit to my bank account of £10.99 - the amount paid to them was £11.99!! I feel the company have been deliberately obstructive. My actual costs were £11.99 plus £8.15 for posting the item back to them. I would appreciate any help you can offer to bring the company to task They refer to themselves as a care team, but a more adequate description would be “couldn’t care less” team.
