Had to make too many phone calls
The Jolliman website is very easy to negotiate and find the goods you want, the pictures are very clear and the information on all the goods is excellent But best of all the goods themselves are not the most expensive, but they are the best quality.
Primarily, the very long wait between taking the order (and payment) and the goods arriving. The Tattersal shirts that I ordered were not of the same quality that I have received before from Jollimans. The collars were floppy and since being washed are even more shapeless, even when ironed. Disappointing.
I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to navigate the website. Considering it was Christmas Eve, I was happy that every item that I wanted was in stock.
I ordered something for the first time with you and was highly satisfied with the size and quality of the items so I have put another order in with you.
Needed some trousers for my elderly father. Online offered 10% discount for new customers. No code! Telephoned help line and couldn’t find the code either and no discount for new customers unless bought online!! Also didn’t know if would deliver to the Isle of Wight. As Dad is with me on the main land for Christmas have paid extra for express delivery so everything crossed.
Your cords are good value. But nothing has been said about the trousers I sent back did not explane why they were not shown at thick or thin when ordering This might help to sell more???
Appalling ! Placed order 10th November. Was never delivered. Was supposedly picked again on 10th Dec following my phone call. 48 hour promise. 4 days later still no delivery. Phoned again no one knows what's going on. New order raised. 3 days later still no delivery. Total and utter completely useless.
Order Reference: OR0273958 Date Order Taken: 04 Dec 2023 Order Status: Pending. Still waiting for my order which apparently been delayed due to a high volume of sales, according to a email I received on the 10th December. The email also said that my order will be dispatched within the next 5 days and that I would receive another email to confirm this. I AM STILL WAITING! First time buyer with this company and I will not be using them again or recommending them. I ordered early enough to receive in time for my elderly dad's birthday which is before Christmas in a couple of days time. Disappointed, let down and just want the items by Wednesday the latest or my money back!
Why do I have to give one star to write about my experience? I liked the image shown online and ordered it as a Christmas present. The item delivered was unacceptably different. I telephoned Customer Service and they would not send the correct one until I had returned the wrong one. They accepted that this would not be before Christmas. They wanted me to pay the postage and wait for them to refund it. Having read other customers' reviews goodness knows when that would be. I am a regular customer over many years. I now find it less stressful to donate the item to a Charity Shop and simply sever all connections with Jollimans and its appalling Customer Service. Not a single 'sorry' but this will probably come as a response to this unglowing review. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
I've been using Jolliman for years and have always found their products to be of good quality and excellent value for money. I had cause to ring the Care team today, for the first time ever, because an item I ordered had not arrived. The phone was answered, to my surprise, immediately , and the very helpful and courteous agent checked my order number and immediately realized something had gone wrong with the order process. After a brief pause, she assured me that the item would be despatched today, and named the delivery service so that could track it. Excellent service.
Cancelled order on 3/12/23, received confirmation of cancellation on 4/12/23. Still waiting for refund although was told on 13/12/23 refund being dealt with as we speak. Do realise it can take up to 14 days but order was cancelled before posting
Clear and easy process completed quickly and successfully
Ordered 2 items on 8/11/23 - Order No. OR0269650. Received 1 item albeit not the colour ordered. The other item has not yet been despatched. Contacted them on 30/11 to be told would be despatched next day. Same story when I called again on 7/12/23 and then when I called again on 11/12/23 told it would be despatched that day. Still no email advising this has been despatched. Shocking customer service and obviously just tell you anything to get you off the phone. First time I have ordered from them and will certainly not use them again
Emails are always very informative and to the point. Ordering on line is very easy, quick and simple.
Easily found what I wanted to order, excellent bargains. Placed order and received a reply e mail back immediately,no problems at all.
Can’t leave a review as I haven’t received them yet very disappointed that you have taken the money out of my account but have not received any information about trousers it would be nice like other companies I have bought from to be keep up to date with order all I have had are emails about sales

Having ordered the wrong sized trousers, returned them for correct product which arrived in 72 hours. I call that first class service! Quality of trousers equally impressive.

Jan 03,2024Easy enough to log on and order, but I didn't get everything that I wanted, no doubt because it was so good value that it sold out quickly. Never mind, perhaps it'll return.
