Nov 13,2023Usually,I have found Jollimans products to be quite good value for money. I like to order things on-line and for some reason, have recently experienced a little difficulty with trying to get my e-mail address password accepted. I don't know whether or not, I'm missing a vital step in the procedure, but I like to use PayPal which is more often than not, quite straight forward. Recently I seem to have hit a few problems, so I'm wondering, is it just me, or are other people finding the same thing ?

Nov 11,2023The first order I placed was fine delivered on time and the goods as expected the second order however was not in stock but was promised within next five working days nothing arrived, I then had problems contacting Jollimans by phone eventually making contact by email, again with a promised delivery date nothing turned up it is now sixteen “working” days and no. Obviously the company is advertising stock they do not have.

Oct 29,2023MIxed results this time.... Long Socks excellent - at least they stay up. Electric Toothbrush completely useless - the first one didn't even charge up (wrong connector?), the replacement (almost by return of post - Very Good) appears to charge up and then is good for just one brushing. A complete waste of money.

Nov 22,2023After placing my latest order, I was advised that there would be a delay due stock issues. After 3 weeks of no news, I enquired with the (so-called) Careteam about the order and was summarily told that the item I ordered was no longer in stock and the order cancelled. Highly unsatisfactory.
