Absolutely awful company to deal with, girls on the phone are rude, put you on hold without saying anything, lie to you etc. My experience was this: ordered trousers mid September, returned 18 September, been chasing refund ever since, promised a cheque 3 weeks ago because they had used a credit note for the refund, which I didn't want, I expected a credit back to my card, like any normal business transaction. Anyway, Natasha you have failed miserably at customer service and I would warn EVERYONE to stay away from 'Jolliman'. It's certainly NOT a jolly experience, you STILL have my money and it's almost NOVEMBER!!! CROOKED and DISHONEST.
EXTREMELY disappointed with the return/refund situation. I returned goods on 15th September,got proof of delivery from Evri on19th September yet took until 29th September for Jolliman to acknowledge return. Told it could take up to 14 days to credit my account with refund!! 14 days!! Why?? No credit arrived, so emailed Customer Services on 14th October asking where refund was, got an email reply on 18th saying Natasha would escalate it to finance dept & finally got notice of 'refund raised' on 23rd Oct-telling me it could take 14 days for refund to arrive!! WHY??? You have had my money for almost 7 weeks now! This is a ridiculous amount of time to process a return & will deter me from buying anything from Jolliman ever again in the future

I phoned in my order and the operator, was obviously in a rush. I ordered 2 items as xl amd a fleese as xxl. she repeated the order but quote xl for the fleese. I cottected her but she obviouslt did not listen as when the confirmation order was emailed it was wrong. within in no more tha 1/2 an hour of the order placement I emailed your care team but was told it was too late, the order was placed. They said I had ordered the wrong size. I did not. the error was your opperator who was in a rush.
Used your company before and impressed with the service and Quality received. Given the quality (as mentioned) I haven't required a new pair of jeans till Now,I Always have your catalogue available.

Your products are good but I was misled by the statement that ALL( in huge letters) goods ordered this week are sent post free. My 89 year eyesight did not see the tiny footnote about a minimum £45 order, so I am paying postage of almost half the price of the sheet!

In your catalogue each article has a number so it would be a time saver if there was a box to insert that number. Being deaf I cannot phone

Oct 26,2023I ordered my Beko toaster and kettle on 11th October and still waiting for delivery. Each time I get in touch regarding delivery, I’m told it’s been delayed and I’ll have it on Tuesday. Tuesday comes and goes and I get in touch again, I’m told next Tuesday. I would have appreciated been kept up to date with the problems with delivery. I understand that things can go wrong but I shouldn’t have to get in touch with the company, they should be contacting me. Still waiting for my goods so can’t give a review on them
