There is a shortage of delivery information. It needs to be clear when the goods will arrive.

It wasn't great. If it had been I would have given you 5 stars. I had difficulty getting to the item I wanted. It was t as straight forward as it should have been. In fact it was quite difficult.

Company needs to start using Courier service instead of Royal Mail. It's not cost effective to the customer just using mail . Chums use EVRI to send and return. Cotton Traders use EVRI to send and give you the option to return by mail or courier. So much better as EVRI drop off locations are everywhere. Plus M&S only use Courier. Today I received my trousers via Mail and it looked as if package had been used as a football. Also Jollinsn need to make refund quicker than 14+ days.

After getting a call to advise that the jacket I ordered wasn't in stock in the colour I wanted - it would have been nice to have been told at the time and not to find out later upon getting an e-mail from yourselves that the item JN956 wasn't in stock and that you wouldn't be getting any more of them!

I sent back my hat — wrong size - by courier. Nothing. Rang and was told it hadn’t been received. Sent photos of delivery and acceptance notes. Told not received. Rang again and surprise surprise it was found! Unimpressed

Where are all these 5 star reviews coming from? I placed an order 31/07, I was informed it was dispatched 17/08, moneys were deducted 18/08 (weird!) and then Friday 25/08 a customer service agent called, and kept muting himself to disguise loud constant background noise and that he was also talking to someone else (multi tasking at its poorest!) to advise the items were not in stock and I will be getting a refund. Half arsed apology, no accountability of the problem and advised it was a supplier issue. No offer of discount to use on another product….nothing! That call could have been a email, it would have been more professional. Then I get an email thanking me for returning my non received item and advising a credit will be processed in 14 days. Abysmal

I'm still waiting for a delivery - absolutely no sign of anything yet on 25.8.23 It is now 8.9.23 and despite the payment being removed from my a/c I have received nothing yet !!!!!

My order never arrived, chased up and was told it had been returned as address label was damaged. Promised it would be sent out again, never arrived. Then had e-mail to say it had been refunded, 4 weeks later nothing has been done, No order and no refund.

The Call was Answered Very Promptly, The Lady was Extremely Pleasant, Very Efficient, Taking My Order Quickly and With Accuracy. A Good Experience. Always has been at Jolliman's Would Without Hesitate Recommend Excellent Quality and Reasonable Priced.

The articles I received were good value for money and decent quality. I paid extra for Express Delivery which was quite pricey but it worked despite the estimated delivery date approx 10 days later 🤔 I've had to return the t shirts which were too small, asked for an exchange which is due any day.

I have not yet received my original order placed on Sunday 6th August but have received messages about an item from that order which has supposedly been returned by me. How can I return something I have not received? How can you thank me for an order I did not place.!!?? I have been a customer with Jolliman for many years and I sincerely hope that this is a one off computer error. I have spoken to the care team only to get an email thanking me for this fictitious order!
